ملخص بحث :
شبکات التواصل الاجتماعي منظومة من الشبکات الإلکترونية تسمح للمشترک بإنشاء موقع خاص به، و ربطه مـع أعضاء آخرين لديهم الاهتمامات والهوايات نفسها، والإعلام الاجتماعي المحتوى الذي يتميز بالطابع الشخـصي، والمتناقَل بين طرفين أحدهما مرسِل والآخر مستقبِل، عبر شبکة اجتماعية،مع حرية الرسالة للمرسِل، وحرية التجاوب معها للمستقبِل ،والبيئة الرقمية هي مجموعة من الشبکات والحسابات تتواصل فيما بينها وتبادل المنـافع، والمعلومات، ونقل رأيهم إلى العالم ويسمى بالتواصل الرقمي يعتمد فيه علـى انـدماج النص والصورة الثابتة والمتحرکة (الفيديو) والصوت، وتستخدم فيه آلة الکمبيوتر والهواتف، ويتم التفاعل بين الأشخاص في نفس الوقت مما يجعلها مهمة وخطيرة وشديدة الأثر مما حولها من أداة ترفيه إلى أداةٍ فاعلة تدخل في شتّى مناحي الحياة ، ويستعملها کل الأشخاص  بمختلف أعمارهم، فأصبحت وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي تخوض في کل اهتمامات المجتمع الاقتصادية والسياسية، والمجتمعة والأخلاقية ، وفتحت طرقا لأهل الانحراف بممارسة انحرافاتهم -باسم الحرية-على صفحاتهم مما زاد البلاء وزاد الطين بلة ، وظهرت في عام 1997م في موقع إلکتروني ثم ظهر موقع (الفيس بوک) عام 2003م،وکانت ظهرت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الولايـات المتحدة الأمريکية للتفاعل بين بعض زملاء الدراسة لطـلاب المـدارس الأمريکيـة عـام (١٩٩٥م)، والشريعة الإسلامية جاءت بتکميل المصالح وتکثيرها ودرء المفاسد وتقليلها، ولکل فعل له حکمه.

Abstract :
Social networks are electronic networks that transmit to the subscriber a site of his own
And linking it with other members who have the same interests and hobbies, and social media content that is characterized by a personal nature, and transmitted between two parties, one of whom is a sender and the other is a receiver, through a social network
With the freedom of the message for the sender, and the freedom to respond to it for the receiver, and the digital environment is a group of networks and accounts that communicate with each other and exchange benefits and information, and convey their opinion to the world.
The computer and phones are used in it, and the interaction between people takes place at the same time, which makes it important, dangerous and highly impactful
Which turned it from an entertainment tool into an effective tool that enters into various aspects of life, and is used by all people of all ages.
Social media became involved in all the economic, political, social and moral concerns of society, and opened ways for the people of deviation to practice their deviations - in the name of freedom - on their pages, which increased the affliction and made matters worse.
It appeared in 1997 on a website, then (Facebook) appeared in 2003, and social networking sites appeared in the United States of America to interact between some classmates for American school students in 1995 AD, and Islamic law came to complement and multiply interests and ward off and reduce corruption, and for each An act of a person has its own judgment .
