الملخص :
قصَدَ هذا البحث إلى بيان حقيقة (التعريف في الأمصار عشية عرفة)، وتمييز صوره، وبيان المتفق عليه والمختلف فيه منها، وکشف الإجمال الواقع في بعض الأقوال والنقول؛ للوصول إلى أقرب الأقوال إلى الدليل في هذه المسألة. وفي سبيل ذلک اتّبع البحثُ المنهجَ الوصفي في نقل الآثار ومذاهب العلماء وأدلتهم في المسائل المتفق عليها والمختلف فيها، ثم اتّبع المنهج الاستنباطي -بالاستنباط من الأدلة الشرعية، والتخريج على القواعد الأصولية والفقهية- لکشف مشکلة البحث والإجابة عن أسئلته. وجاء ذلک في تمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة: التمهيد، فيه التعريف بموضوع البحث. والمبحث الأول: في بيان مذاهب السلف والفقهاء في التعريف في الأمصار عشيّة عرفة. والمبحث الثاني: في القواعد الأصولية والفقهية الضابطة للنظر في مسألة التعريف في الأمصار عشيّة عرفة. والخاتمة، فيها نتائج البحث. ومن أهم النتائج: بيان الصورة المجرّدة للتعريف في الأمصار، والتي هي محل الخلاف بين التابعين، والتي اتفقت المذاهب الأربعة على جوازها بلا کراهة، وبيان الملابِسات التي قد تقارن التعريف فيخرج بها إلى الکراهة أو التحريم، وبيان الأدلة المعتمدة لکل قول.

Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to clarify the reality of (Similar to the people of Arafat), to distinguish its forms, to clarify the agreed upon and the different from them, and to reveal the reality in some sayings and sayings. To get to the closest sayings to the evidence in this matter.
For this purpose, the research followed the descriptive approach in transferring the archeology and doctrines of scholars and their evidence in the agreed upon and disputed issues, then it followed the deductive approach - by deduction from the legal evidence, and extracting from the principles of fundamentalism and jurisprudence - to reveal the problem of the research and answer its questions.
This came in a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion: the preface, in which the topic of the research is defined. And the first topic: In explaining the doctrines of the predecessors and jurists in (Similar to the people of Arafat). And the second topic: on the fundamental and jurisprudential rules governing the consideration of the issue (Similar to the people of Arafat). And the conclusion, the search results.
Among the most important results: a statement of the abstract image for (Similar to the people of Arafat), which is the subject of disagreement between the followers, and which the four schools of thought agreed on its permissibility without malice, and an explanation of the circumstances that may be compared (Similar to the people of Arafat), which leads to dislike or prohibition, and a statement of the evidence approved for each saying.
