الملخص:
اجتهد علماء الأصول بالدفاع عن القرآن الکريم المعجزة الخالدة وقاموا بإزالة مثل هذا التعارض الظاهر إما بالتأويل أو بالنسخ أو بالترجيح بين النصوص أو بالجمع بين النصوص بحمل المطلق علي المقيد وفقًا لشروط وقواعد،  فحمل المطلق على المقيد ليس على إطلاقه، بل يوجد له شروط وضوابط يتعين الالتزام بها، فلکي يتم حمل المطلق على المقيد يتعين أن تکون هناک علاقة بين المطلق والمقيد سواء في الحکم أو في السبب، من شأن هذه العلاقة أن تمکن من حمـل أحـدهما علـى الآخر، ونظراً لخطورة مسألة حمل المطلق على المقيد وخطورة العمـل بهـا مـن التصرف في النصوص القرآنية، أولى الأصوليون بها اهتمامًا بالغًا عن طريق قيامهم بوضع مجموعة من الضوابط المتعددة التي تهدف إلى اشتراط وجود تلک الضوابط حتي يمکن حمل المطلق على المقيد ، على الرغم من اخـتلاف علمـاء الأصول في هذه الضوابط، الأمر الذي أثر بشکل کبير  في الأحکام الشرعية.
من هذا المنطلق يتناول هذا البحث الحديث عن ضوابط حمل المطلق على المقيد حيث يتناول في المبحث الأول الحديث عن حقيقة المطلق والمقيد، وذلک من خلال بيان حقيقة المطلق وخصائصه وحکمه وأنواعه، ثم بيان حقيقة المقيد وخصائصه وحکمه وأنواعه، وفي المبحث الثاني يتناول الباحث الحديث عن حمل المطلق والمقيد وضوابطه، من خلال بيان مفهوم حمل المطلق علي المقيد وأدلته، وأخيرًا إلقاء الضوء على شروط حمل المطلق على المقيد.

Carrying the Absolute over the restricted and its controls

Abstract:
The scholars of origins worked hard to defend the Noble Qur’an, the eternal miracle, and they removed such apparent contradiction either by interpretation, by abrogation, or by weighting between texts, or by combining texts by carrying the absolute over the restricted according to conditions and rules. In order for the absolute to be carried on the restricted, there must be a relationship between the absolute and the restricted, whether in the ruling or in the cause, this relationship would enable one of them to be carried over the other, and given the seriousness of the issue of carrying the absolute on the restricted and the danger of working with it from disposing of the Qur’anic texts. , The fundamentalists paid great attention to it by setting a set of multiple controls aimed at requiring the existence of those controls so that the absolute can be carried over the restricted, despite the differences of the scholars of origins in these controls, which greatly affected the legal rulings.
From this point of view, this research deals with the controls of carrying the absolute over the restricted, where we show in the first section talking about the reality of the absolute and the restricted, by stating the truth of the absolute and its characteristics, judgment and types, then stating the reality of the restricted and its characteristics, judgment and types, and in the second section we talk about the absolute pregnancy
