ملخص البحث:
إِنَّ ما حَدَثَ في عَصْرِنا الحاضِر من ابْتِلاء الله تَعالى البِلاد والعِبَاد بِمَرَضٍ جَديد يُدْعَى فَيروس كورونا ( كوفيد 19 ) والَّذي سَيْطَر عَلى العالَم أجْمَع فَلَم يَعْرِف مَكان يَقِفُ عِنْدَهُ ولا زَمَان حَتّى صَارَ وَباء عالمَياً ، وَفي أَثْناء تِلْك الجائِحَة كانَتْ هُنَاكَ بَعْضُ الأحْكَام الفِقْهِيّة الّتي يَحْتَاجُ النّاس لِمَعْرِفَتِها ، وَهَذِه الأحْكام سَوْفَ أَتَطَرّقُ لَها مِنْ خِلالِ هَذا البَحْث ، كَحُكْمِ تَرْكِ المِريض بِفيروس كورونا لِصَلاة الجُمْعَة مَخَافَة انْتِشار العَدْوى ولِعَدَمِ مَقْدِرَتِه عَلَى الذَّهابِ إلى المَسْجِد وَكَذا تَرْكُ الأطِبّاء لَها ، وَحُكْم ارْتَداء الكِمَامَة أَثْناء الصَّلاة  ، وَحُكْم التَّباعُدِ بَيْنَ المُصَلِّين ، وَحُكْم جَمْع أَطِباء مُسْتَشْفَيات العَزْل للصَّلَواتِ ، وَحُكْم تَعْجِيل الزَّكاةِ لِحاجَة الفَقِير إِلَيْها ، وَحُكْمِ الأخْذ مِنْ أَمْوالِ الزَّكاة لِشِراء المُعِدَّاتِ الطِّبِّية وَبِناء المُسْتَشْفَيات المِيدَانِيَّة لِمُوَاجَهَةِ هَذا الوَبَاء .
وَلِذَا فَهَذا المَوْضوع لَهُ أَهَمِّية كَبِيرَة في عَصْرِنا الحَاضِر حَيْثُ يَمَسُّ حَيَاتنا اليَوْمِيَّة فِيما يَتَعَلَّق بالنّاحِيَة الصِّحية والتِّعِبُّدِيَّة  ، فَجَاءَتْ هَذِهِ الدِّرَاسَةُ فِي مُقَدِّمَة وَتَمْهيد وَمَبْحَثَيْن وَخَاتِمَة لِتُجِيب عَنْ الأسْئِلَةِ الّتي عَمَّتْ بِها البَلْوى ، وَتُلْقي الضَّوْءَ عَلَى الحُكْمِ الشَّرْعِي فِيمَا اسْتَجَدَّ مِنْ أُمورٍ ، حَتّى يَكُون الإنْسَان عَلَى بَيِّنَةٍ مِنْ أَمْرِ فِيما طَرَأَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أمورٍ تَخُصُّ عِبَادَتِهِ لِرَبِّهِ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالى .

Abstract:
What happened in our present era From the affliction of God Almighty The country and the servants are affected by a new disease called Corona Virus (Covid 19  ) And he who ruled the whole world . He did not know a place or time to stop until it became a global epidemic . And during that pandemic there was Some jurisprudence that people need to know And these provisions I will address through this research. verdict of abandonment Corona virus patient to pray Friday, fearing the spread of infection because he was unable to go to the mosque and the doctors left her . And the ruling on wearing a muzzle during prayer and the rule of distance between the prayer And the ruling on the doctors of isolated hospitals collecting prayers And the ruling on giving zakat to the needy of the poor And the ruling on taking zakat money to buy medical equipment and build field hospitals to confront this epidemic. Therefore, this topic is of great importance in our present age. as it touches our daily life in terms of health and devotion This study came in An introduction, a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion to answer questions that have been plagued by misfortune. and shed light on the Shariah ruling on new matters So that a person will be aware of a matter that has occurred to him of matters related to his worship of his Lord, glory be to Him.
