ملخص:
قد جعل سبحانه لكل من الذكر والأنثى ما يناسبه، وأكرمه بما يليق به، وخص المرأة بجملة من الأحكام وقضى على ما كان في الجاهلية من ظلم وعادات مقيتة ، ورفع شأنها، وأعلى مقامها، ، وشرع لها ما يحفظ حقها ومالها، وجعل من حقها العمل والكسب الحلال بما يناسب خلقها وتكوينها وضبط ذلك بأحكام وضوابط، حماية لها وصيانة عن ابتذالها، أو تعريضها للفتنة والافتتان، وإن مما ظهر في الآونة الأخيرة، ما فتح من مجالات العمل، وما استجد من وظائف للمرأة فيها، ومن ذلك ما أنا بصدد دراسته في هذا البحث وهو بعنوان (عمل المرأة مأذون أنكحة) فأسأل الله تبارك وتعالى السداد، وأن يلهمنا رشدنا، ويرزقنا الإخلاص في القول والعمل.

Abstract:
Glory be to Him for each of the males and females that suits him, and honors him with what befits him, and he singled out the woman with a set of rulings and eliminated what was in the Jahiliyyah of oppression and abhorrent customs, and raised her status, and elevated her position, and legislated for her what preserves her rights and money, and made it her right to work and earn. Halal, in accordance with its creation and composition, and adjusting that with provisions and controls, protecting it and preserving it from vulgarity, or exposing it to sedition and temptation, and that what appeared recently, what opened areas of work, and what new jobs for women in it, and that is what I am about to study in this research It is titled (Women's Work Marriage Authorization), so I ask God, Blessed and Exalted be He, to repay us, to inspire us to our senses, and to grant us sincerity in word and deed.
