ملخص البحث:
إن الحمد لله نحمده و نستعينه ونستغفره ، ونعوذ بالله من شرور أنفسنا ومن سيئات أعمالنا من يهده الله فلا مضل له ومن يضلل فلا هادي له ، وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له ، وأشهد أن محمداً عبده ورسوله.
أما بعد:
فإن شريعة الله منظمة لحياة الإنسان ومماته فلذلك شرع الله الوصية.
والوصايا منها ما هو واجب كمن عليه حقوق فيوصي ورثته أن يؤدوها.
ومنها ما هو مستحب كمن يوصي بالتبرع بشيء من ماله بعد موته ،وقد وجدت مخطوطاً للإمام حسن الشرنبلالي (الفوز في المقام بالوصية بما جمع من المال ) قد كتب فيها عن حكم الوصية ؛ فأخترت أحقق هذه الرسالة وهي ضمن مجموعة رسائل للإمام ، وهي الرسالة التاسعة والخمسون في كتاب الوصايا .
سبب اختياري للموضوع وأهميته:

إبراز رسائل الإمام الشرنبلالي ليسهل الاطلاع عليها والإفادة منها.

اشتلمت خطة البحث على مقدمة وقسمين:
أما المقدمة فاشتملت على أسباب اختيار الموضوع وأهميته والدراسات السابقة وخطة البحث ومنهج التحقيق .
أما القسم الأول ففيه قسم الدراسة ،وقد اشتمل على مبحثين ، كان المبحث الأول في ترجمة الإمام الشرنبلالي .
 
أما المبحث الثاني فكان حول دراسة مخطوط "الفوز في المقام بالوصية بما جمع من المال" .
ثم يأتي القسم الثاني وهو قسم التحقيق .
وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين .

Abstract:
Praise be to Allah, we praise Him and seek His help and forgiveness, and we seek refuge in Allah from the evils of ourselves and from the evils of our deeds.
God's law regulates man's life and death, so God prescribed the commandment.
Some of them are obligatory as those who have rights and recommend them to his heirs.
Some of them are mustahabb, such as those who recommend donating something of his money after his death, and I found a manuscript of Imam Hasan al-Sharnabalali (winning in the place of the will with what he collected from the money) in which he wrote about the ruling on the will, so I chose to achieve this message, which is within a group of letters to the imam, which is the fifty-ninth message in the Book of Commandments.
Why I chose the topic and its importance:
Highlighting the messages of Imam Al-Sharnabalali for easy access and benefit.
 
 
The research plan consisted of an introduction and two sections:
The introduction included the reasons for choosing the topic, its importance, previous studies, the research plan and the investigation methodology.
The first section has the study section, and it included two sections, the first topic was in the translation of Imam Al-Sharnabali.
The second topic was about the study of the manuscript "Winning in the place of the will with what was collected from the money".
Then comes the second section, which is the investigation section.
May Allah bless our master Muhammad and his family and companions.
