ملخص :
هذا بحث بعنوان: ((اختصار الاستغناء في الفرق والاستثناء, لإبراهيم بن عمر بن إبراهيم السُّوبيني الشافعي, المتوفي سنة: "858هـ")). من بداية الكتاب إلى نهاية باب المسح على الخفين دراسةً وتحقيقاً.
وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة وأربعة مباحث, أما المقدمة: فقد اشتملت على توطئة, ومشكلة البحث وأهميته, وأسباب اختياره, وأهدافه, وحدوده, وخطة البحث والتعريف بالنسخة المخطوطة واجراءات التحقيق.
والنص المحقق في أربعة مباحث هي: كتاب الطهارة, وباب الوضوء, وباب أسباب الحدث والاستنجاء. ثم فهرس المراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات.

Abstract:
This is a research entitled: ((The abbreviation of dispensation in difference and exception, by Ibrahim bin Omar bin Ibrahim Al-Subini Al-Shafi’i, who died in the year: 858 AH)). From the beginning of the book to the end of the chapter on wiping over the socks, study and investigation.
The research was serious in the introduction and the investigation section, as for the introduction: it included an introduction, the research problem and its importance, the reasons for its selection, its objectives, its limits, the research plan, the definition of the manuscript and the method of investigation.
As for the investigative section, which is the verified text, then the references index, and the topics index.
