ملخص البحث:
تهدف هذه الدراسة بصورة أساسية إلى إبراز حقوق الجار كما جاء في صحيحي البخاري ومسلم مع ذكر آثارها على الفرد والمجتمع، وتوضيحِ أنَّ أداء حقوق الجار وسيلةٌ من وسائل التآخي بين أعضاء المجتمع واكتساب الثواب للآخرة. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي، والموضوعي، والاستنباطي، حيث قام الباحث يـجمع جميعَ الأحاديثِ النبوية الموجودة في صحيحي البخاري ومسلم بالاستقراء، والمعلومات المتعلقة بالموضوع من شروحهما. وبعد الانتهاء من جمع المعلومات المهمة، اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الاستنباطي في استخراج حقوق الجار وآثارها على الفرد والمجتمع. وأهم ما توصلتْ إليه الدراسة هو أنَّ سبعةَ عشرَ حديثا من الصحيحين متعلقة بالموضوع مباشرة التي تتكلم عن حقوق الجار، وهي: إكرام الجار والإحسان إليه، والاجتناب عن إيذائه، والتودد إليه بإهداء الطعام، والنهي عن احتقار الهدية من الجار، ومطاوعة الجار، ومحبة الخير للجار كمحبته للنفس، وعرض الشفعة عليه قبل البيع، والزيارة له عند مرضه، والتحية بالسلام عند لقائه به. وهذه الدراسة أيضا تبين تسعة آثار على الفرد والمجتمع في أداء الحقوق المذكورة.

The Rights of the Neighbor and their Influences on Personal and Social Life as Stated in both Sahih al-Bukhari and Muslim: An Objective & Narrative Study

Abstract:
This study mainly aims at highlighting the rights of the neighbors as specified in the Sahih of Al-Bukhari and Muslim with an indication of their effects on the individual and society and clarifying that the performance of the rights of the neighbors is a means of brotherliness between members of society and gaining reward for the hereafter. The methods used in this study are the inductive, objective, and deductive whereby the researcher has collected all the hadiths of the Prophet that are found in the Sahih of Bukhari and Muslim by induction, and the knowledge related to the topic from their explanations. After completing the collection of important information, the researcher relied on the deductive approach in extracting the rights of the neighbor and their effects on the individual and society. The most important findings of this study are that seventeen hadiths from the Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim are directly related to the topic that talk about the nine rights of the neighbors, namely: honoring the neighbors, being kind to them, avoiding harming them, wooing them by gifting food, forbidding contempt for gifts from the neighbor, obedience to the neighbor, and love of goodness For the neighbors such as loving oneself, offering preemption to them before selling, visiting them when they are sick, and greeting them with peace when meeting them. This study also shows nine effects on the individual and society in the performance of the mentioned rights.
