الأقوال الفقهية المُحْكمة فى الرد على من قال
إن المرأة برعاية زوجها وأسرتها غير مُلزَمة

الملخص:
من المعلوم أن الإسلام كرَّمَ المرأةَ وأعطاها المكانة التي تليق بها ، وأوصى بها خيرًا، ومع هذه المكانة التي تبوأتها المرأةُ في الإسلام، إلا أن أعداء الإسلام افتعلوا وجودَ خصومةٍ بين الإسلام والمرأة، سعيًا منهم إلى التشكيك في مبادئ الإسلام والصدِّ عنها، وصرف المسلمات عن شريعتهن، وتشتدُّ ضراوةُ هذه المؤامرةِ كلما ازداد إقبال الغربيات على الإسلام. فالعجب كيف صارت محاسنُ الإسلام هدفًا لسهامهم !  ومن السهام التي صوبوها للمرأة مؤخرًا أنها غير ملزمة برعاية بيتها وزوجها.
     ويهدف هذا البحث إلى إظهار أن المرأة مهما كانت مكانتها، أو وضعها الاجتماعي، ومهما كان عملها، فإن ذلك لا يعتبر مبررًا للتخلي عن طبيعتها، أو دورها داخل أسرتها ، حيث إن رعاية الأسرة هي الوظيفة الأولى للمرأة، والأسرة هي وحدة بناء المجتمع، حيث يترتب على تماسكها وقوتها سلامة المجتمع وصلاحه.
     وقد اتبعت المنهج الوصفي (التاريخي) في وصف واقع أحوال ومكانة المرأة قبل الإسلام وبعده ، والمنهجَين الاستقرائي والاستنباطي عن طريق استقراء أقوال الفقهاء في المسألة، وذكر الأدلة والمناقشات للوصول إلى القول الراجح مؤيدًا بالأدلة .
     ومن نتائج البحث: أن المرأة ملزمة بأداء أدوارها التقليدية، كأم وزوجة وربة منزل؛ لأنه يجب عليها طاعة زوجها ورعاية أسرتها.

Abstract:
     It is well known that Islam honored women and gave her the position that suits her, recommended her good. Despite this position that women have acquired in Islam, the enemies of Islam have fabricated a rivalry between Islam and women, seeking to question and repel the principles of Islam and repel them, and to distract Muslim women from their legislation ( Shariah ).  and the ferocity of this conspiracy is intensifying. The more Western women turn to Islam.
     It is amazing how the virtues of Islam became a target for their arrows !  
One of the arrows they have aimed at women recently is that her is not obligated to serve her home and her husband.
     This research aims to show that a woman, whatever her status or social status, and whatever her work, is not considered a justification for abandoning her nature or her role within her family, as caring for the family is the first job of a woman. It also aims to show that the family is the building unit of society, as its cohesion and strength entail the safety and goodness of society.
     I followed the descriptive (historical) approach in describing the reality of the conditions and status of women before and after Islam. And the inductive and deductive approaches by extrapolating the sayings of the jurists in the matter, and mentioning the evidence and discussions to reach the most correct saying supported by the evidence.
     Among the results of the research: that women is obligated to perform their traditional roles, as mothers, wives and housewives. Because she must obey her husband, and take care of her family.
