ملخص البحث:     
  إن علم الكليات الفقهية علم مهم جداً في ضبط الفروع المتشابهة والمتناظرة المبثوثة في أبواب الفقه، وإرجاعها إلى أصولها؛ فهو طريقة تعليمية لضبط الفقه وجزئياته؛ إذ إن هذه الكليات تعتبر نوعاً من أنواع القواعد الفقهية، وهي تعين طالب العلم والمفتي والقاضي والمشتغل بالقانون والحقوق في الوصول إلى الجزئيات ومعرفة أحكامها، وتُظهِر للناظر فيها حِكَم الشريعة ومقاصدها مدى استيعاب الفقه الإسلامي لمستجدات العصر والوفاء بحاجات الناس وحلّ مشكلاتهم.
ومعرفة هذه الكليات يعين على استحضار الأحكام، وييسر التخريج والقياس على الفروع الفقهية

Abstract:
The science of jurisprudential faculties is a very important science in controlling the similar and symmetrical branches spread in the chapters of jurisprudence, and returning them to their origins. It is an educational method for controlling jurisprudence and its parts. As these colleges are considered a type of jurisprudence rules, and they help the seeker of knowledge, the mufti, the judge, and those who work in law and rights to access the particulars and know their rulings, and show the beholder in them the rulings and purposes of the Sharia to the extent that Islamic jurisprudence absorbs the developments of the era, fulfills the needs of people and solves their problems.
Knowledge of these colleges helps to evoke rulings, and facilitates graduation and analogy on the jurisprudential branches
