ملخص البحث:
لاشك في أهمية هذا الموضوع؛ لحيويته وكونه يتعلق بالنواحي التطبيقية العملية، ولأن التأمين الصحي معمولٌ به في كثير من البلدان، وقد أقرّته المملكة العربية السعودية بشكل جزئي، وهي في طور تطبيقه التطبيق الكامل، مما يستوجب بحثه فقهياً؛ لمعرفة أحكامه وضوابطه.
            والتأمين الصحي من أصعب مواضيع التأمين وأكثرها تعقيداً، وتكييفه قد يختلف عن أنواع التأمين الأخرى عند بعض العلماء؛ مما يستدعي بحثه على وجه الخصوص وإفراده بالكتابة.

  There is no doubt about the importance of this topic; Because of its vitality and being related to the practical applied aspects, and because health insurance is in force in many countries, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has approved it in part, and it is in the process of fully applying it, which requires a jurisprudential study. To know its provisions and controls.
 
Health insurance is one of the most difficult and complex topics of insurance, and its adaptation may differ from other types of insurance according to some scholars. Which requires his research in particular and his writing.
