حظيت وسائل الإعلام الإلکتروني والتواصل الحديثة باهتمام واضح لما فرضته هذه الوسائل على المجتمعات المعاصرة عمومًا، وعلى بنيتها العلمية والثقافية خصوصًا.
وفي ضوء هذا الاهتمام، ونظرًا لما تحدثه هذه التطورات التکنولوجية في مجتمعاتنا الإسلامية من تحول وتطور هائل وجب علينا کمسلمين أن نتدارس أبعاد هذه التطورات وتلک الوسائل في حياتنا.
من هنا تأتي أهمية دراسة" الآثار الفکرية لوسائل الإعلام الإلکتروني والتواصل الحديثة" باعتبارها معايشة للواقع ومعالجة دعوية قائمة على أساس من المنهج الشرعي والعلمي المدرک لآثار هذه الوسائل وکيفية التعاطي معها، وهذا هو مدار البحث وموضوعه.

The electronic mass media and modern communication has had obvious interest  due ti what these means imposed on modern communities in general and on their scientific and cultural structuve inparticular.
Under the shed light of this interest and due to what these technological development causes great change and development in our Islamic communities, we should as muslims study the dimensions of these developments and these means in our lives.
From this point, we should study the intellectual and religious results of electronic mass media and modern communication as a co existens for life and an existed treatment on abase of legislative and scientific way that realize the results of these means and how to deal with them. This is the alm and topic of the search.
