ملخص البحث :
فهذا بحث فقهي متخصص حرصت فيه على عمل دراسة فقهية لموضوع مهم من موضوعات العصر تخفى أحكامه على كثير من الناس، ويقع الخطأ فيه من كثيرين منهم من أهل الفضل والإحسان الراغبين في التصدق بإجراء الأوقاف . وذلك موضوع ( شرط الواقف الصحيح من حيث القبول أو الإلغاء- دراسة فقهية مقارنة - ). وهو موضوع يكثر الخطأ فيه ، وتخفى أحكامه ، أو تلتبس على كثير من الناس لا سيما أهل اليسار والجدة الراغبين في القيام بأعمال البر والإحسان من خلال إجراء الأوقاف .

Abstract:
This is a specialized jurisprudential research in which I was keen to do a jurisprudential study of an important topic of the era whose rulings are hidden from many people, and the error in it falls on the part of many of them from the people of virtue and charity who wish to give alms by conducting endowments. This is the subject of (the condition of the correct endower in terms of acceptance or cancellation - a comparative jurisprudential study). It is a topic in which there is a lot of error, and its rulings are hidden, or confused by many people, especially the left-handed and grandmothers who wish to do acts of righteousness and charity through endowments.
