فضل العلم وطالبه

يهدف هذا البحث إلي بيان مفهوم العلم والتعلم وطالب العلم،توضيح فضل العلم.
تفصيل أدلة فضل العلم وأهله من الكتاب والسنة ،بيان حكم طلب العلم،تفصيل وقت طلب العلم وشروط طلب العلم، تفصيل آداب طلب العلم، بيان فضل تعليم النساء في الإسلام ودورهن في العلم والتعليم، تفصيل أهمية تعليم المرأة في الجتمع.
خطة البحث

تشتمل خطة البحث على مقدمة ، و فصلين وخاتمة وفهارس، على النحو الآتي:
الفصل ألأول: فضل العلم وطالبه وفيه ثلاثة مباحث.
المبحث ألأول: العلم والتعلم, طالب العلم,طلب العلم
المبحث الثاني: فضل طلب العلم من القرآن والسنة وأقوال السلف.
المبحث الثالث:حكم طلب العلم,وقت طلب ,اسئذان الأبوين لطلب العلم.
الفصل الثاني: آداب طلب العلم وفيه أربعة مباحث.
المبحث ألأول: آداب المعلم وفيه ثلاثة مطالب.
المبحث الثاني:آداب المتعلم وفيه مطلبين.
المبحث الثالث:الآداب المشتركة بين المعلم والمتعلم.
المبحث الرابع:المرأة والتعليم في الإسلام وفيه مطلبين.
والخاتمة:وتشتمل على أهم النتائج والتوصيات منها:
كل ما ورد في فضل العلم وطلبه فإن العلم الشرعي يدخل فيه دخولا أوليا .

2- كثرة الأدلة الواردة على فضل طلب العلم سواء من القرآن والسنة تدل على عظيم شأنه.

يجب على طالب العلم الحذر من الاخطاء التي تحول بينه وبين طلبه للعلم وربما تحرمه بركة العلم ومن أهمها :الحسد.
حكم طلب العلم فرض كفاية في الجملة ولكن يصبح فرض عين في بعض الحالات.

The virtue of knowledge and its student

Abstract:
This research aims to explain the concept of science, learning and the student of knowledge, clarifying the virtue of science.
Detailing the evidence of the virtue of knowledge and its people from the Book and the Sunnah, explaining the ruling on seeking knowledge, detailing the time of seeking knowledge and the conditions for seeking knowledge, detailing the etiquette of seeking knowledge, explaining the virtue of teaching women in Islam and their role in knowledge and education, detailing the importance of educating women in society.
Search Plan

The research plan includes an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion and indexes, as follows:
Chapter One: The Virtue of Knowledge and its Student. It contains three topics.
The first topic: science and learning, the seeker of knowledge, the seeker of knowledge
The second topic: the virtue of seeking knowledge from the Qur'an, the Sunnah, and the sayings of the predecessors.
The third topic: the ruling on seeking knowledge, the time of seeking permission, the parents' permission to seek knowledge.
Chapter Two: The Ethics of Seeking Knowledge. It contains four topics.
The first topic: Etiquette of the teacher, and it contains three requirements.
The second topic: the etiquette of the learner, and it contains two requirements.
The third topic: common etiquette between the teacher and the learner.
The fourth topic: women and education in Islam, and it has two requirements.

The conclusion: it includes the most important findings and recommendations, including:
1- Everything that is mentioned about the virtue of knowledge and its pursuit, forensic knowledge is included in it in the first place.
2- The abundance of evidence on the virtue of seeking knowledge, whether from the Qur’an or the Sunnah, indicates its great importance.
3- The seeker of knowledge must be careful of the mistakes that prevent him from seeking knowledge and may deprive him of the blessing of knowledge, the most important of which is: envy.
4- The ruling on seeking knowledge is a communal obligation in general, but it becomes an individual obligation in some cases.
