وانعكاسها على السلوك الإجرامي في المجتمع

المستخلص
شمل هذا البحث الموسوم النظرة الإجتماعية للجريمة والمجرم وانعكاسها على السلوك الإجرامي في المجتمع,مقدمة تضمنت موضوع البحث واهميته ومشكلاته وهدفه ومنهجه وشمل نطاقه دراسة العوامل الإجتماعية ومدى تأثيرها على السلوك الإجرامي.
تم تقسيم البحث الى ثلاثة مباحث :
المبحث الأول بعنوانمفهوم الجريمة والعوامل المؤثرة على ارتكابها والمبحث الثاني وعنوانه  دور المجتمع في العود للسلوك الإجرامي ونظرية الوصم الاجتماعي والمبحث الثالث عنوانه السياسة الوقائية الجنائية ودورها في مكافحة الجريمة وتم تقسيم كل مبحث الى مطالب و فروع ثم الخاتمة والتي اشتملت على النتائج والتوصيات وفي آخره فهارس البحث.
تناولنا في المبحث الأول مفهوم الجريمة والمجرموفي المبحث الثاني تحدثنا عن دور المجتمع في العود للسلوك الإجرامي ونظرية الوصم الإجتماعي وتأثير القيم المجتمعية في الوقاية  من الجريمة والعوامل الإجتماعية المؤدية للعودة إلى الجريمة بالإضافة الى نظرية الوصم الإجتماعي وتأثيرها في العودة للجريمةوفي المبحث الثالث تناولنا   مفهوم السياسة الوقائية ومقوماتها واهدافها وفي خاتمة البحث تم عرض النتائج والتوصيات التي تم التوصل اليها من خلال دراسة وتحليل ومناقشة موضوعات البحث ومن اهم النتائج مايلي :
- عملية الوصم الاجتماعي تؤثر بشكل كبير على سلوك المنحرف، وذلك للنظرة التي يتلقاها من أفراد المجتمع تؤدي به الى العودة إلى الإجرام مرة أخرى، وبالتالي فالمنحرف بحاجة كبيرة إلى دعمه ومساعدته وتأهيله حتى يخرج من وصمة المجتمع وتكون له قيمة ويعود للإندماج بالمجتمع كعضو نافع.
- إن سياسة العقاب ليست كافية وفعالة بحد ذاتها طالما هنالك اهتمام ضعيف بمواجهة الجريمة قبل حصولها والوقاية منها، مما يجعل الجريمة في تطور وانتشار بين افراد المجتمع.
واما التوصيات فأهمها ما يلي:
- انشاء مراكز لتأهيل المنحرف من العود للجريمة.
- الاهتمام بتوعية المجتمع اعلامياً بمشكلة العود للجريمة بسبب الوصم الاجتماعي.
واخيرا تم وضع فهارس البحث التي شملت فهرس المصادر والمراجع وفهرس الموضوعات.

Abstract:
This research, titled "The Social View of Crime and the Criminal, and its Reflection on Criminal Behavior in Society," included an introduction that included the research topic, its importance, problems, objective, and methodology,and its scope included the study of social factors, and their impact on criminal behavior.
This research is divided into three topics:
The first topic is entitled “The Concept of Crime, and the Factors Affecting its Commitment”, The second topic is entitled "The role of society in recidivism, and the theory of social stigma", and the third topic is entitled "Criminal Preventive Policy and its Role in Combating Crime".Each topic is divided into demands and branches, then the conclusion, which included results and recommendations, and finally the research indexes.
In the first topic, we dealt with the concept of crime and the criminal, then in the second topic, we talked about the role of society in recidivism, the theory of social stigma, the impact of societal values in crime prevention, and the social factors leading to recidivism, in addition to the theory of social stigma and its impact on recidivism. for crime, and in the third topic,we discussed the concept of preventive policy, its components and objectives. And at the research conclusion, the results and recommendations that were reached through studying, analyzing and discussing the research topics were presented, and the most important results are as follows:

The process of social stigma greatly affects the behavior of the criminal, because the view he receives from members of society leads him to return to crime again, and therefore, the deviant is in great need of support, assistance and rehabilitation in order to get out of the stigma of society and to be valued, and return to integration into society as a useful member.
The punishment policy is not sufficient and effective by itself, as long as there is little interest in confronting crime before it occurs and preventing it, which makes crime develop and spread among members of society.

As for the recommendations, the most important of them are the following:

Establishing centers for rehabilitating the criminal from recidivism.
Paying attention to educating the community in the media about the problem of recidivism due to social stigma.

Finally, the search indexes, which included an index of sources and references, and an index of subjects.
