ملخص البحث:
 يتناول البحث مسألة أثر النهي في المنهي عنه أو ما يُعبر عنه عند الكثيرين باقتضاء النهي الفساد أو عدمه، وهي من المسائل المهمة التي حصل فيها خلاف كبير بين الأصوليين، بل عُدّت من أصول مسائل الخلاف، والبحث له جانبان: جانب نظري تناولت فيه الأقوال في المسألة، وأدلتها، والترجيح، وجانب تطبيقي تناولت فيه أثر الخلاف في المسألة على بعض أحاديث مناهي الصلاة.

Abstract :
 The research deals with the issue of the effect of prohibition on what is forbidden, or what is expressed by many as the prohibition requires corruption or not, and it is one of the important issues in which there was a great disagreement between the fundamentalists, but rather it was considered one of the origins of the issues of disagreement, and the research has two aspects: a theoretical aspect in which I dealt with Sayings in the matter, their evidence, weighting, and an applied aspect in which I dealt with the impact of the dispute in the matter on some of the hadiths that prohibit prayer
