قسم الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية " الفقه وأصوله "، كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية، جامعة الملك عبدالعزيز، المملكة العربية السعودية. ايميل الباحث الرئيسي:Taaamaa.5@hotmail.com الملخص: الصلاة عمود الدين، فوجب على كلِّ مسلمٍ العلم بجميع أحكامها، ومن ذلك ما يتعلق بأحكام صلاة الجماعة بوجهٍ عام، والفروق الفقهية بين المأموم والإمام بوجهٍ خاص، فجاء هذا البحث معتنيًا بدراسة ثلاثة فروق فقهية متعلقة بالمكان بين المأموم والإمام دراسة فقهية مقارنة بين المذاهب الأربعة: بذكر الأقوال، والأدلة، والمناقشات الواردة عليها، ومن ثم الترجيح بينها. وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدةٍ نتائج، من أهمها:
يصح تقدُّم الإمام على المأمومين، ولا يصح تقدُّم المأموم على الإمام إلا للعذر.
2 -يصح انفراد الإمام أمام الصف، ولا يصح انفراد المأموم خلف الصف إلا للعذر.
3 -يُكره انفراد الإمام في مكانٍ مرتفعٍ عن المأمومين إلا للعذر، ولا يُكره انفراد المأمومين في مكانٍ مرتفعٍ عن الإمام. الكلمات المفتاحية:الإمام، المأموم، انفراد، الفروق، تقدُّم، ارتفاع. Fiqh distinctions between Imam and Ma'mum regarding location

Abstract:
As prayer is the pillar of Islam, it is essential for every Muslim to understand its rulings including distinctions between Imam and Ma'mum. Thus, this research is concerned with the analysis of 3 Fiqh distinctions between Imam and Ma'mum regarding location between the four madhahib through: stating their opinion and evidence, reviewing opposing views to their inference of the evidence, and preponderating the most probable opinion.
This research concludes:
It is valid for the Imam to be in front of the Ma'mum, however, it is not valid for the Ma'mum to be in front of the Imam apart from legitimate justification.
It is valid for the Imam to be alone in the column in front of the Ma'mums, however, it is not valid for the Ma'mum to be alone in the column apart from legitimate justification.
It is disliked for the Imam to be at a higher elevation than the Ma'mums, however, it is not disliked for the Ma'mum to be at a higher elevation than the Imam.
