الملخص:
إنه من محاسن الدين الإسلامي أنه رحمة للعالمين، و علاج ناجع لأدواء البشر أجمعين، فاستوعب (بما شرع من أحكام ومبادئ) ما يصلح أمر الناس في معاشهم ومعادهم قال تعالى: (اليوم أكملت لكم دينكم وأتممت عليكم نعمتي ورضيت لكم الإسلام دينا).
ومن أعظم نعم الله على عباده أن خلق الذكر والأنثى، وغرس في كل منهما الميل إلى الآخر وحب الالتقاء، وجعل بينهم مودة ورحمة فالزواج آية، وأكرم بها من آية، فالرجل والمرأة خلقا من جنس واحد، فهما وجهان لعملة واحدة، وفي لقائهما تتحقق المودة والرحمة، والاستقرار والطمأنينة، واللذة والسعادة، والتكاثر والتناسل؛ لبقاء النوع الإنساني وتكوين الأسرة، التي هي اللبنة الأولى لبناء المجتمعات، فكلما استقرت استقر المجتمع، وكلما اضطربت وتفككت اضطرب وتفكك المجتمع ، لذلك حرصت الشريعة الغراء على بيان الأحكام التشريعية التي تكفل الحفاظ على أمن واستقرار الحياة الزوجية ، منذ الوهلة الأولى، ببيان كيفية تعرف المرأة على الرجل عن طريقة الخطبة الشرعية وشروط العقد وصفته وأركانه، وآلية فسخه، أو توثيقه وبيان الحقوق الزوجية المتبادلة، وكيفية حل المشكلات عند التنازع، وإن استحالة العشرة ولا طريق للإصلاح، فقد فصلت أمر الانفصال وحفظ حق الطرفين مع التأكيد على عدم نسيان الفضل بينهما.
فاستعنت الله وبذلت وسعي في البحث وأسميته:(الضوابط الشرعية لأحكام الأسرة الإسلامية)

Abstract:
It is one of the advantages of the Islamic religion that it is a mercy to the worlds, and an effective treatment for the ills of all human beings, so he absorbed (with the provisions and principles legislated) what works for people in their livelihood and their return, the Almighty said: (Today I completed your religion for you and completed my grace on you and accepted Islam as a religion).
 
One of the greatest blessings of God on His servants is that He created the male and female, and instilled in each of them a tendency to the other and the love of meeting, and made between them affection and mercy, marriage is a sign, and I honor it from a verse, as men and women were created from one sex, they are two sides of the same coin, and in their meeting affection and mercy, stability and tranquility, pleasure and happiness, reproduction and reproduction are achieved, for the survival of the human species and the formation of the family, which is the first building block for building societies, the more it stabilizes, the more society stabilizes, and the more it is disturbed and disintegrated, the disturbed and disintegration of society, so I was keen Sharia glue on the statement of legislative provisions that enure the preservation of the security and stability of married life, from the first glance, by explaining how a woman knows a man through the legal engagement, the terms of the contract, its description and pillars, the mechanism of its annulment, or documentation, the statement of mutual marital rights, and how to solve problems in case of conflict, and if the ten are impossible and there is no way to reform, it has separated the matter of separation and preserving the right of the parties, with an emphasis on not forgetting the credit between them.
So I sought the help of God and exerted my endeavor in the search and called it: (legal controls for the Sharia of the Islamic family)
