الملخَّص :
الحمد لله رب العالمين , والصلاة والسلام على سيَّد خلق الله أجمعين , نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين .
أما بعد : فإن موضوع (الواجبات الفقهية عند الحنابلة في كتاب الطهارة دراسة فقهية مقارنة) حلقة ضمن حلقات متصلة من مشروعٍ منشود , يهدف لجمع الواجبات الفقهية في مذهب الإمام المبجل ؛ أبي عبدالله أحمد بن حنبل -رحمه الله- ,من حيث حصر روايات الوجوب الواردة في المذهب, ومن ثم مقارنتها بالمذاهب الثلاثة المشهورة , وقد واحتوى هذا البحث , واشتمل إجمالاً على مقدمة ومباحث لدراسة الباب المقصود في البحث .
فأما المقدمة فقد تضمنت أهمية الموضوع , وأسباب اختياره, وأهدافه , والدراسات السابقة , منهج البحث الذي سرت عليه – الاستقرائي التحليلي .وأما البحث فكان مقتصراً على مسائل باب فروض الوضوء وصفته ودراستها دراسةً دقيقة مقارنة.
وقد توصلت بعد بحث الموضوع لنتائج من أهمها : أن للحنابلة في المسألة الواحدة روايات متعددة , تنسب لإمام المذهب لا لكونها منصوصة عنه وإنما اصطلح أهل المذهب على نسبتها له , و تعدد الروايات ذاك لم يكن لمجرد الهوى وإنما حرصاً على إعمال النصوص , فمذهب الحنابلة من أكثر المذاهب حرصاً على ذلك , وقد بلغ عدد المسائل التي وقفت عليها في الواجبات عند الحنابلة في كتاب الطهارة اجمالاً نحواً من مئة وسبع مسائل , كان منها عشرون مسألة في باب فروض الوضوء وصفته.
وأخيراً أوصي الباحثين وطلبة العلم أن يواصلوا البحث والدراسة في الواجبات الفقهية على وجه الخصوص وفي باقي أبواب الفقه , في المذهب الحنبلي خاصة , والمذاهب الأخرى عامة , لما لذلك من النفع العظيم , والفائدة الكبيرة .

          Abstract:
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the master of the creation of all of God, our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions and those who followed them in charity until the Day of Judgment. After that: The topic of jurisprudential duties in the Hanbalis in the book of purity is a comparative jurisprudence study in a series of related episodes of the desired project, which aims to collect the jurisprudential duties in the doctrine of the eminent Imam; Abi Abdullah bin Hanbal - may God have mercy on him - In the doctrine, and then compared to the three famous doctrines, contained in this letter, and included in general an introduction, a preface, five chapters. The introduction included the importance of the subject, the reasons for its selection, its objectives, the questions I am trying to answer, the previous studies, the overall plan of the research subjects, the research methodology I used - analytical inference - the sources on which I will rely, and the difficulties encountered during the research.
As for the preamble, I have explained the meaning of the Islamic ruling in general and its sections, and then I have dealt with the duty in the face of individuals, so I have explained its meaning and its sections and some of the issues related to it. Chapter one deals with two issues. The first deals with the issues in the section on water. As for the second chapter, it includes two parts, the first of which is: in the matters mentioned in the chapter on Istnaja'a, and the second part is in the matters mentioned in the chapter on siwaq and Sunan al-Fitra(instinct). As for the third chapter, it consists of two parts. The first is that it is related to the matters mentioned in the section on the duties of wudoo (ablution) '. As for the fourth chapter, it includes two parts. The first is in the matters mentioned in the section on ghusl (washing), and the second is in the matters mentioned in the section on tayammum. The fifth chapter, which is the latter: it includes two sections, the first: in the issues contained in the section of the removal of impurity, and the second part: in the issues contained in the section of menstruation.
Having reached the conclusion of the research of the subject of the results of the most important: That the Hanbalis in one issue multiple novels, attributed to the imam of the doctrine not because it is provided for him, but the people of the doctrine of the proportion of him, and the multiplicity of novels was not just for fancy but to ensure the implementation of the texts, the Hanbala doctrine of the most doctrines to ensure that, Which stood in the duties of the Hanbalis in the Book of purity, about one hundred and eighty issues, of which the issues were singled out by saying that the number of the number of what stood on the twenty-seven issues, including the issues received by the Hanbalis did not find them in other sects have The number of these issues was less than five O Questions. Finally, it is recommended that researchers and students of science continue to research and study the jurisprudential duties in particular and in the other chapters of fiqh, in the Hanbali doctrine in particular, and the other doctrines in general, because of this great benefit and great benefit.
