ملخص البحث:
فجاءت الشريعة في باب المعاملات قائمة على قواعد كلية جامعة تسهل على المتفقه أحكامها وتضبط له تطبيقاتها المعاصرة، فكان هذا البحث على وفق ذلك، وقد تم اختصار المكتوب فيه ليكون مادة تأصيلية تطبيقية لأبرز القواعد، وتجليتها بالتطبيقات المالية والقضائية، وكنت قد اعتنيت بذلك من خلال بعض الدروس والدورات العلمية وجمعت فيها مادة تأصيلية متنوعة ثم خرجت بعض الأبحاث المهتمة بذلك لكن مع تفاوت بينها واختلاف في المنهج أو التصوير أو التقسيم أو التطبيق. اعتمدت المنهج العلمي المتبع في البحث بجمع المادة العلمية من مظانها المعتبرة وعزو الآيات وتخريج الأحاديث فإن كانت في الصحيحين اكتفيت بذلك وإلا فإني أخرج الحديث من كتب السنة وأبين حكمه ،وفي بحث المسائل الفقهية أبين المتفق عليه منها والمختلف فيه مع حكاية الأقوال والاستدلال والمناقشة والنسبة الفقهية والترجيح ،وذكر النوازل المعاصرة مع الإشارة للمبادئ والقرارات ومواد نظام المعاملات المدنية ذات الصلة واكتفيت بالإشارة لها اختصارا ولكون البحث لا يسع التفصيل فيها.

Abstract:  
In the chapter on transactions, Sharia came to be based on universal, comprehensive rules that facilitate its rulings for the jurist and regulate its contemporary applications for him. This research was based on that, and what was written in it was shortened to be an applied original material for the most prominent rules, and their manifestation in financial and judicial applications, and I took care of that through Some scientific lessons and courses collected various original material, then some research was published that was interested in that, but with disparity between them and differences in method, depiction, division, or application. I adopted the scientific method followed in research by collecting scientific material from its considered sources, attributing verses, and extracting hadiths. If they are in the two Sahih books, I am satisfied with that. Otherwise, I extract the hadith from the books of the Sunnah and explain its ruling. In researching jurisprudential issues, I explain what is agreed upon and what is disputed, along with the story of sayings, reasoning, discussion, jurisprudential attribution, and weighting. He mentioned contemporary calamities with reference to the relevant principles, decisions, and articles of the Civil Transactions System, and I contented myself with referring to them briefly, since the research does not accommodate them in detail.
