ملخص البحث:
إن العلم نور للصدور وحياة للقلوب، به يعرف الله، وبه يعبد، وبه يعرف الحلال من الحرام، والطيب من الخبيث، وبه يميز بين الأبرار والفجار، وأهل الجنة وأهل النار، والعلم ميراث الرسول، والعلماء ورثة الأنبياء، فإن الأنبياء لم يورثوا إلا العلم، فمن أخذ به أخذ بحظ وافر، ولولا العلم لكان الناس كالبهائم، والحاجة إلى العلم أعظم من الحاجة إلى الطعام والشراب.
ومن وسائل تحصيل العلم ورسوخه البحث في مسائله المتعددة وأبوابه المتنوعة، ومن ذلك البحث في المسائل الفقهية المتعلقة بفقه الأسرة والتي يكثر السؤال عنها ويحتاج لها الناس، ولأجل ذلك وقع اختياري على بحث موضوع مهم يتعلق بأحكام خطبة المعتدة بالتصريح والتعريض وما تضمنه من أحكام ومسائل.

Abstract:
Knowledge is light to the breasts and life to the hearts. By it one knows God, by it one worships, by it one knows what is permissible from what is forbidden, and what is good from what is bad, and by it one distinguishes between the righteous and the ungodly, and the people of Paradise and the people of Hell. Knowledge is the inheritance of the Messenger, and scholars are the heirs of the prophets, for the prophets only inherited knowledge. Whoever takes it will have a great fortune. Were it not for knowledge, people would be like animals, and the need for knowledge is greater than the need for food and drink.
One of the means of attaining knowledge and consolidating it is researching its many issues and various chapters, and that includes researching jurisprudential issues related to family jurisprudence, which are often asked about and which people need. For this reason, I chose to research an important topic related to the rulings of the iddatah sermon by declaration and exposure and the rulings and issues it contains.
