ملخص البحث:
فإن من الشعائر القيمة ، والأركان العظيمة التي امتن الله - سبحانه وتعالى - بشرعيتها على هذه الأمة الإسلامية : الجهاد في سبيل الله ، وقد ضاعف لهم ما يحصل بسببه من الأجر والمثوبة . وهي من الفرائض والشعائر التي جعلت للمسلمين الأوائل العزة والتمكين في الأرض ، ومن ثَم السيادة على باقي الأمم ، وقد علم أولئك فضل الجهاد ، وعملوا به على الوجه المطلوب الذي أراده اللهU   ورسمه لرسوله ﷺ؛ ولهذا لم يكن جهادُهم وكفاحُهم لتحقيق أهداف شخصية ، أو أطماع دنيوية زائلة ، أو حبًا للمُلك والرياسة ، وإنما كان الغرضُ من هذا كلِّه إعلاءَ الحق ، وجعْل كلمة الله هي العليا، ومن إعلاء كلمة الله تحكيم شرعه الذي أمر به ، وتعبيد الناس لله ، وإعمار الأرض بما يرضيه سبحانه، وإرهاب أعداء الله، وزرع المهابة في قلوبهم .

Abstract:
One of the valuable rituals and the great pillars for which God - Glory be to Him - has been grateful to this Islamic nation: is jihad for the sake of God, and the reward and reward that they obtain because of it has been doubled for them. It is one of the duties and rituals that gave the early Muslims pride and empowerment on earth, and thus sovereignty over the rest of the nations. These people knew the virtue of jihad, and they worked on it in the required manner that God, may God bless him and grant him peace, wanted and prescribed for His Messenger^; That is why their jihad and struggle were not to achieve personal goals, or fleeting worldly ambitions, or for the love of kingship and leadership. Rather, the purpose of all of this was to uphold the truth and make the word of God supreme. Part of upholding the word of God is enforcing His law that He commanded, people worshiping God, and populating the earth. Whatever pleases Him, Glory be to Him, and terrorizing the enemies of God, and planting fear in their hearts.
