ملخص البحث:
     يتناول هذا البحث المسائل التي رواها الحسن بن ثواب عن الإمام أحمد- رحمه الله- والتي نقلها غلام الخلال في كتابه زاد المسافر ،وقد ذكر في هذا الكتاب مسائل كثيرة، وبعد البحث والتقصي بلغت المسائل التي ذكرت في هذا الكتاب ولم تبحث من قبل في البحوث التي سيأتي الحديث عنها (7) مسائل، اثنتان في العبادات، واثنتان في  العتق والعدد، وثلاث في الجنايات والحدود، وبعد الدراسة الفقهية لهذه المسائل السبع تبين أن الحسن بن ثواب وافق مشهور المذهب في المسائل كلها. ويهدف البحث إلي خدمة المذهب الحنبلي بتسهيل الوصول إلى مسائل الإمام أحمد برواية الحسن بن ثواب في كتاب زاد المسافر ودراستها دراسة فقهية، بيان أهمية المسائل التي تروى عن الإمام أحمد، والتي تعدّ أساساً يبنى عليه المذهب. ثم سرت في هذا البحث على منهجين، منهج خاص بدراسة المسائل، ومنهج عام في البحث. المنهج الخاص بدراسة المسائل: توثيق نص الرواية، ذكر الروايات الأخرى عن الإمام أحمد في المسألة، ذكر مكانة الرواية في المذهب، مقارنة الرواية بالمذاهب الفقهية الأخرى، ودراستها دراسة فقهية. أما المنهج العام للبحث: الاقتصار على المذاهب الفقهية المعتبرة، وذكر الأقوال في المسألة ونسبة القول إلى قائله، مع توثيق ذلك من مظانه، والاعتماد على المراجع والمصادر الأصلية، وتخريج الأحاديث وبيان درجتها إن كانت في الصحيحين، كما ترجت للأعلام غير المشهورين.

Abstract:
This research deals with the issues narrated by Al-Hasan bin Thawab on the authority of Imam Ahmad - may God have mercy on him - and which Ghulam Al-Khallal reported in his book Zad Al-Musafir. Many issues were mentioned in this book, and after research and investigation, I reached the issues that were mentioned in this book and had not been discussed before in the research that We will talk about (7) issues, two in acts of worship, two in emancipation and numbers, and three in felonies and punishments. After the jurisprudential study of these seven issues, it became clear that Al-Hasan bin Thawab agreed with the famous school of thought in all issues. The research aims to serve the Hanbali school of thought by facilitating access to the issues of Imam Ahmad narrated by Al-Hasan bin Thawab in the book Zad Al-Musafir and studying them in a jurisprudential study, explaining the importance of the issues narrated from Imam Ahmad, which are considered a foundation upon which the school of thought is built. Then, in this research, I followed two approaches: a specific approach to studying issues, and a general approach to research. The approach to studying issues: Documenting the text of the narration, mentioning other narrations about Imam Ahmad on the issue, mentioning the position of the narration in the doctrine, comparing the narration with other schools of jurisprudence, and studying it in a jurisprudential study. As for the general approach to research: limiting it to the recognized schools of jurisprudence, mentioning opinions on the issue and attributing the statement to its speaker, while documenting that from its context, relying on references and original sources, and graduating hadiths and explaining their rank if they are in the two Sahihs, as suggested by not-so-famous figures.
