ملخص البحث:
 ‌‌يتناول هذ البحث تحقيق الرسالة المعنونة: بالمواضع التي لا تسمع فيها ‌الشهادة إلا ‌مفصلة مما يحتاج إليها الحاكم والمفتي " للإمام أبي إسحاق إبراهيم بن عمر بن إبراهيم البرهان الحموي السوبيني الشافعي المتوفى(858ه)، ذكر المصنف المواضع التي لا تسمع فيها الشهادة إلا مفصلة المنثورة في ثنايا كتب الشافعية المختلفة في سائر أبواب الفقه، اهتم بإيراد التصحيحات وذكر الخلاف بين أئمة المذهب، قسم المصنف الرسالة في بابين الباب الأول: المواضع التي لا تُسمع فيه الشهادة إلا مفصلة. وذكر فيه أربعين صورة. الباب الثاني: فيما تُقبل فيه الشهادة مطلقة. ذكر فيه أربعة عشر موضعًا. أوردت مقدمة للبحث في ترجمة بالمؤلف، والتعريف بالمخطوط. ومن أهم النتائج في هذا البحث من خلال النقاط التالية: يتناول هذ البحث تحقيق الرسالة المعنونة: بالمواضع التي لا تسمع فيها ‌الشهادة إلا ‌مفصلة مما يحتاج إليها الحاكم والمفتي " للإمام أبي إسحاق إبراهيم بن عمر بن إبراهيم البرهان الحموي السوبيني الشافعي المتوفى(858هـ)، ذكر المصنف المواضع التي لا تسمع فيها الشهادة إلا مفصلة المنثورة في ثنايا كتب الشافعية المختلفة في سائر أبواب الفقه  .

Abstract :
This research deals with the realization of the message entitled: in the places where the testimony is heard only in detail of what the ruler and the Mufti need, " by Imam Abu Ishaq Ibrahim ibn Umar ibn Ibrahim al-Burhan al-Hamawi Al-Sobini Al-Shafi'i, deceased(858 ah), the classifier mentioned the places where the testimony is heard only in detail scattered in the folds of the various books of Shafi'i in other sections of fiqh, he was interested in providing Corrections and mentioned the disagreement between the imams of the doctrine, the classifier divided the message in two sections of the first part: the places where the testimony is heard only in detail. There are forty pictures in it. The second part: regarding the acceptance of the certificate is absolute.Fourteen places are mentioned in it. It provided an introduction to the research on the author's translation, introduction to the manuscript. One of the most important results of this research is through the following points: This research deals with the investigation of the thesis entitled: “In the places where the testimony is not heard except in detail, which the ruler and the mufti need” by Imam Abu Ishaq Ibrahim bin Omar bin Ibrahim Al-Burhan Al-Hamawi Al-Subini Al-Shafi’i, who died (858 AH), mentioned. The author includes the places where the testimony is not heard except in detail, which is scattered throughout the various Shafi’i books in all the chapters of jurisprudence.
