إرضاع الطفل الخديج حكمه، وأثره

الملخص:
الخديج: هو من يُولَد قبل إكمال مدة الحمل الطبيعية، فيخرج إن ولِدَ حيًّا وأعضاؤه غير مكتملة النمو، ويحتاج كثير من الأطفال الخداج إلى تغذيته بطريقة خاصة، كالتغذية بالأنبوب المعدي، أو بالتغذية الوريدية للحالات الأشد تعقيدا.وفي كل الأحوال فلبن المرأة أنفع للخديج من اللبن البقري الشائع في تغذية الأطفال وأقل ضررًا، ويأتي هذا البحث لدراسة بعض المسائل المتعلقة بإرضاع الخديج؛ كإيصال اللبن إلى جوفه من غير مباشرة ثدي المرضعة، وخلط لبن امرأتين أو أكثر، أو خلط اللبن بمواد أخرى لازمة لزيادة نفعه، وأثر جهالة صاحبة اللبن، وما تطلّبه الحكم في هذه المسائل من دراسة لأهم شروط الرضاع المتعلقة بها.

Abstract:
A Premature Baby, is that baby born before completing the normal pregnancy duration. He is born alive while his organs are not fully developed. Many Premature babies often require specialized feeding techniques, such as gastric tube feeding or, in more severe cases, intravenous nutrition.In all cases, women's milk is always more useful and less hazardous to premature babies than cow's milk, which is commonly used in child feeding. The objective of this study is to investigate various aspects concerning the breastfeeding of premature infants. These aspects include the administration of breast milk to the infant's stomach without direct contact with the breastfeeding woman's breast, the combination of milk from multiple women, the addition of substances to enhance the milk's nutritional value, and the impact of the breastfeeding woman's lack of knowledge. Additionally, this research aims to explore the necessary considerations and regulations pertaining to these issues, with a focus on the key conditions associated with breastfeeding.
