ملخص بحث:
          تناولت في هذا البحث تعريف الظن ، وهو: تجويز أمرين أحدهما أظهر من الآخر، وذكرت أنواع الظن باعتباراته المختلفة، فمنه : الظن العقلي والشرعي، ومنه الظن المقبول، والظن مردود، ومن حيث وروده في النص الشرعي إلى: نص ظني الثبوت ظني الدلالة ، نص قطعي الثبوت ظني الدلالة، نص ظني الثبوت قطعي الدلالة، وبينت أن الظن يتفاوت لأنه على مراتب متفاوتة، فيتفاوت لتفاوت مراتبه، ثم تناولت التعريف بالألفاظ ذات الصلة بالظن وعلاقتها به، ومن أهمها: الشك والوهم وغلبة الظن، ثم تناولت آراء العلماء وأقوالهم في العمل بالظن وحجية مستدلا ومناقشا ومرجحا، ثم ذكرت شروط حجيته العمل عند القائلين بالحجية، وما ترتب على هذه الشروط من أثر ، وتناولت ما يتعلق بالظن من أحكام، ومن أهمها: الاجتهاد في الظنيات، تعدد الحق في الظنيات، مخالفة ما ثبت بالظن، المخطئ فيما ثبت بالظن، التقليد فيما ثبت بالظن، ثم ذكرت بعض التطبيقات على حجية الظن، وختمت البحث بأهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها، وذيلته بفهرس لأهم المراجع والمصادر، وآخر للموضوعات.

Abstract :
In this research, I dealt with the definition of suspicion, which is the permissibility of two matters, one of which is more apparent than the other, and I mentioned the types of suspicion with their various considerations, including rational and legal suspicion, accepted suspicion, and rejected suspicion, and from the point of view of its occurrence in the legal text to the hypothetical text of proof and the presumed significance text. Conclusive proof is conjectural in meaning, text speculative is conclusive in connotation, and I explained that suspicion varies because it is at different levels, so it varies due to the difference in its levels. Then I dealt with the definition of the words related to suspicion and their relationship to it, the most important of which are doubt, delusion, and preponderance of suspicion. Then I discussed the opinions and sayings of scholars on acting on suspicion. And it is authoritative, inferred, discussed, and likely. Then I mentioned the conditions for its validity, working according to those who say it is authoritative, and the impact that these conditions have, and I dealt with the rulings related to suspicion, the most important of which are: diligence in suspicions, multiple truths in suspicions, contradicting what is proven by suspicion, and being wrong about what is proven by suspicion. Imitation of what is proven by suspicion, then I mentioned some applications to the validity of suspicion, and I concluded the research with the most important results that I reached and appended it with an index of the most important references and sources and another of the topics.
