التوجيه الأصولي في الحديث النبوي حديث:
(أمرت أن أقاتل الناس حتى يشهدوا أن لا إله إلا الله..)

المستخلص:
الناظر إلى استدلالات الأصوليين على المسائل الأصولية، يجد أن أهم ما يقوي الاستدلال ويثبت حجية القاعدة الأصولية الاستدلال لها بالنص من الكتاب أو السنة، ولا شك أنهما مقدمان في الاستدلال على غيرهما من الأدلة، ولذا كان من الجدير بالبحث العمل على إبراز دلالات النص الشرعي على القواعد الأصولية. وقد تناول البحث جمع ودراسة المسائل الأصولية المستدل لها بهذا الحديث وبيان الموقف من ذلك الاستدلال صحة وعدماً، تظهر أهداف البحث فيما يأتي: استقراء وجمع المسائل التي نص فيها علماء الأصول على الاستدلال عليها بهذا الحديث، ذكر أهم الاعتراضات التي وردت على الاستدلال بالحديث والإجابة عنها، ذكر الموقف من الاستدلال بالحديث من حيث الصحة وعدمها. ومن أبرز النتائج: أن المسائل الأصولية المستدل عليها بالحديث بلغت سبعة مسائل.،السنة النبوية أحد أهم طرق إثبات المسائل الأصولية، ودليل مهم من الأدلة التي يحتج بها الأصوليون على كثير من المسائل، الاستدلال بالسنة يتفاوت من حيث القوة في الدلالة، إلا أن الحكم على الاستدلال بالقوة والضعف مما يصعب أن يوضع له ضابط دقيق، فما يكون قطعيا عند شخص يكون ظنيا عند آخر.

The research dealt with the collection and study of the fundamentalist issues for which this hadith is inferred, and the statement of the position regarding that inference, whether it is valid or not, The objectives of the research appear in the following: extrapolating and collecting the issues in which the scholars of fundamentals have stipulated that this hadith can be used as evidence, mentioning the most important objections that have been raised to inference using the hadith and answering them, stating the position on using the hadith as evidence in terms of its validity or lack thereof.
Among the most prominent results: that the fundamentalist issues that were inferred by the hadith amounted to seven issues. The Sunnah of the Prophet is one of the most important ways of proving fundamentalist issues, and an important piece of evidence that fundamentalists use as evidence on many issues. The evidence based on the Sunnah varies in terms of strength in significance, but the ruling on Evidence of strength and weakness is something that is difficult to establish a precise control over. What is definitive for one person is speculative for another.
