الملخص:
بدأ الباحث البحث بالحديث عن المقصود بالجهل في تعيين الجنازة، ثم بالبحث عن الخطأ في تعيين الجنازة ، ثم المقصود بالتعيين في كلام الفقهاء ،ثم انتقل بالكلام عن الخطأ من الإمام والمنفرد في تعيين الجنازة اسماً، ثم الخطأ في تعيين الجنازة جنساً ،ثم الخطأ في تعيين الجنازة عدداً، ثم انتقل بالكلام عن الخطأ من المأموم  في تعيين الجنازة اسماً ،ثم الخطأ في تعيين الجنازة جنساً ،ثم الخطأ في تعيين الجنازة عدداً.أهم النتائج التي توصلتُ إليها من خلال البحث وهي كالآتي: أنَّ المقصود بالجهل بعين الميت، أو جنسه، أو عدد الموتى في صلاة الجنازة هو ما يسمى عند الأصوليين بالجهل البسيط، وهو: انتفاء إدراك الشيء بالكلية، بحيث لا يخطر بالبال أصلاً من القابل للعلم، وهذا يعني خلو الذهن عن ذلك، فلا يستحضر المُصلِّي من المُصلَّى عليه، أنَّ المقصود بالخطأ في عين أو جنس أو عدد الموتى في صلاة الجنازة، هو اعتقاد المُصلِّي أنَّ الميت فلانٌ، وينوي الصلاة عليه، ثم يتبين خلاف ذلك، أو أنَّ الميت ذكرٌ، فيتبين أنها أنثى، أو العكس، أو أنَّ عدد الموتى خمسة مثلاً، فيتبين أنهم أكثر أو أقل، أنَّ المقصود بالتعيين في صلاة الجنازة هو تمييز الموتى من حيث الماهية، أو الجنس، أو العدد، أنَّ فقهاء المذاهب الأربعة متفقون على أنَّ الجهل من الإمام أو المأموم أو المنفرد بعين الميت، أو عدد الموتى، أو جنسهم لا يُؤثِّر في صحة الصلاة عليه، وأنه ليس من شروط صحة الصلاة عليه، فتكفي نية الصلاة على الميت الحاضر.

Abstract:
The researcher began the research by talking about what is meant by ignorance in specification the funeral, then by searching for the error in specification the funeral, then what is meant by specification in the words of the jurists, then he moved on to talk about the error of the imam and the individual in specification the funeral as a noun, then the error in specification the funeral as a gender, then the error in He assigned the funeral a number, then moved on to talk about the error of the person being led in specification the funeral a name, then the error in specification the funeral a gender, then the error in specification the funeral a number The most important results that I reached through the research are as follows: What is meant by ignorance of the dead person’s eye, his gender, or the number of dead people in the funeral prayer is what is called by the fundamentalists as simple ignorance, which is: the complete absence of awareness of the thing, such that it does not even occur to one’s mind who is capable of knowledge. This means that the mind is devoid of that, so the praying person does not remember from the person being prayed over that what is meant by the error in the eye, gender, or number of the dead in the funeral prayer is that the praying person believes that the dead person is so-and-so, and intends to pray for him, then it becomes clear otherwise, or that the dead person is a male, so it becomes clear That she is a female, or vice versa, or that the number of the dead is five, for example, so it becomes clear that they are more or less. What is meant by the designation in the funeral prayer is to distinguish the dead in terms of their identity, sex, or number, The jurists of the four schools of thought agree that ignorance of the imam, the person praying behind him, or the person alone with the eye of the dead person, or the number of the dead, or their gender does not affect the validity of praying over him, and that it is not one of the conditions for the validity of praying over him, so the intention to pray over the dead person who is present is sufficient.
