تهدف هذه الورقة في دراسة دور مؤسسات التعليم العالي المتمثلة بالجامعات في الحد من الفساد ضماناً لتطبيق حقوق الانسان في المجتمع الفلسطيني،وخاصة أن الجامعات الفلسطينية خلال الأربعون عاماً الأخيرة قد لعبت دوراً مهماً في العديد من الملفات الوطنية والتنموية والخدمية لا سيما دورها في الحفاظ على الهوية الفلسطينية وربط المواطن الفلسطيني مع الأرض، ومجابهة للاحتلال، وكانت الجامعات الفلسطينية وما زالت  تحتل المقاعد الأولى في كل هذه المهمات والمسؤوليات لأنها أصبحت حاضنة للعقول الأكاديمية، والعمل السياسي المقاوم، وتجمع الشباب الفلسطيني، ولذلك لا بد لمؤسسات التعليم العالي أن يكون لها دور في بناء إستراتيجية وطنية واقعية لتعزيز النزاهة والمساءلة والشفافية، وبالتالي لا بد من تحديث المناهج الفلسطينية الجامعية بما يتوافق مع بيئة النزاهة والشفافية .

The role of Palestinian higher education institutions in reducing corruption to ensure human rights and society

ABSTRACT:
This paper aims to study the role of higher education institutions represented by universities in reducing corruption to ensure the implementation of human rights in Palestinian society, especially since Palestinian universities during the last forty years have played an important role in many national, development and service files, especially their role in preserving the Palestinian identity. Connecting the Palestinian citizen with the land, and confronting the occupation. Palestinian universities were and still occupy the first seats in all of these tasks and responsibilities because they have become an incubator for academic minds, resistant political action, and the gathering of Palestinian youth. Therefore, higher education institutions must have a role in building a national strategy. Realistic to promote integrity, accountability and transparency, Therefore, the Palestinian university curricula must be updated in accordance with an environment of integrity and transparency.
