عنوان هذه الدراسة: التوسع فيما فيه خلاف -العمليات التجميلية أنموذجاً-، ويهدف لإيضاح الدور الذي يؤثره التوسع فيها، وبيان المفاهيم المرتبطة بالعنوان، وأسباب التوسع الحاصل ونشأته، وتقسيمات مجالاته، وتعامل الفتاوى مع هذا التوسع، والتوصيف الفقهي والآثار الفقهية، في منهج استقرائي تحليلي تطبيقي. وأثبت البحث: بيان معنى التوسع فيما فيه خلاف -العمليات التجميلية أنموذجاً- والنسق التاريخي للتجميل وعملياته، وأسباب التوسع الاجتماعية منها والمهنية والنفسية، كما أثبتت الدراسة رؤية في سببية التوسع من خلال عنصري العيادات الخاصة والمستهلكين. وأوضح مجالاته من خلال وصفه والدافع له. وبيان مناهج الفتوى في التعامل مع التوسع. كما أوضح التوصيف الفقهي للتوسع في عمليات التجميل، وكذا بيان طرق التحرير الفقهي وهي: مخالفة التوسع في عمليات التجميل المختلف فيها للنص الشرعي من كل وجه. والمخالفة لمسائل لم تثبت بصريح النص. وكذا بيان سلطة ولي الأمر في تقييد التوسع فيما فيه خلاف من عمليات التجميل لأجل المصلحة العامة. وأوصى الباحث بأهمية أن تسهم الأبحاث المختصة بعمليات التجميل في دراسة علل النصوص بمثل الاهتمام بذكر الخلاف ودراسته، كما أوصى بإصلاح النظم القانونية المنظمة لآلية إجراء عمليات التجميل، وذلك بأن يتم إخضاعها لطبيب نفسي قبل الإقدام عليها.

Abstract:
The title of this study: The expansion of cosmetic surgeries that are disputed. It aims to clarify the role that the expansion of cosmetic surgeries affects, and to explain the concepts related to the title, the original reasons for the expansion and its origin, the divisions of its fields, and dealing with fatwas with this expansion, and the jurisprudential implications, in an approach that proposes an applied analysis. . The research has proven: a wide-ranging statement on cosmetic surgeries that are disputed. The historical narrative of cosmetology is its beginning, and the causes of social progress, including emerging and psychological, the reason as explained in the study of the researcher in the advanced through the elements of private clinics and consumers. Its periods by describing it, or by defending it. Explaining the approaches of the muftis in dealing with expansion.
He also clarified the jurisprudential impact through the jurisprudential adaptation and description of the expansion of plastic surgery, and by explaining the methods of jurisprudential liberalization, which are: The expansion of cosmetic surgeries that is disputed contradicts the legal text in every respect.
