الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى بيان حكم الاحتفال بالأعياد المستحدثة "المولد النبوي عيد الأم وعيد الحب" وغيرها، بحثا فقهيا مقارنا.
وتكمن أهمية البحث في أنه يُرَدّ مسائل الخلاف في هذه المسألة إلى علم أصول الفقه والقواعد الأصولية والفقهية، ويعالج مشكلة معاصرة يكثر الخلاف واللغط فيها بين المسلمين، فكان بذلك بحثا فقهيا تأصيليا متجردا بعيدا عن التأثر العاطفي الذي لا يخضع لمعايير البحث الفقهي.
وقد تبين من خلال هذا البحث أن الأعياد المستحدثة مشروعة في أصلها وتعتريها أحكام، فقد تحرم، وقد تكره، وقد تندب، وقد تجب، وذلك إذا كان الواجب لا يتم إلا بها.
وهذا يدل على أن الاحتفال ليس محرّما على اطلاقه وليس مشروعا في جميع حالاته، وبذلك يتم تصحيح بعض المفاهيم الخاطئة حول حكم هذه المسألة، لذا فهي جديرة بالبحث والدراسة.

ABSTRACT:
The research aims to clarify the ruling on celebrating modern holidays, such as the Prophet's birthday, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day, through a comparative jurisprudential study.
The significance of the research lies in addressing the disagreements on this matter by referring them to the principles of Islamic jurisprudence, foundational rules, and jurisprudential principles. It tackles a contemporary issue characterized by widespread disagreement and confusion among Muslims. Thus, it constitutes a foundational and scholarly jurisprudential study, detached from emotional influences that do not adhere to the standards of jurisprudential research.
The research reveals that modern holidays have a legitimate origin with associated rulings. They may be prohibited, disliked, disapproved, or obligatory, depending on the circumstances. This indicates that celebrating these occasions is not universally forbidden or recommended, thereby correcting some misconceptions about the ruling on this matter. Hence, it is worthy of research and study.
