الملخص:
تقدم العلوم والتكنولوجيا اليوم الذكاء الاصطناعي المتجسد في الروبوتات، التي تكون قادرة على التعلم والتنظيم بفضل الخوارزميات والشبكات العصبية وغيرها من الأدوات مما يصعب تحديد الشخص المسئول عن الأضرار التي تحدثها، وبالتالي لا يستطيع المضرور الحصول على تعويض عن الأضرار التي لحقت به ويعد الذكاء الاصطناعي نتاج الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، وشارك بشكل كبير في حياتنا اليومية في شتى المجالات حيث تستخدم الروبوتات القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي في المجال الطبي والعسكري والقانوني وغيرها من المجالات الأخرى. فعلي الرغم من أهميته في تسهيل وإنجاز خدمات للبشر وحل المشاكل الشائكة بسرعة هائلة تفوق قدرة الإنسان، إلا أنه قد يسبب أضرار لا تحمد عقبها. وعلى ضوء ذلك جاء البحث هادفا إلى عرض تعريف الذكاء الاصطناعي وبيان نشأته وبعض مجالات استخدامه، والوقوف على أنواع المسؤولية المدنية عن أضرار الذكاء الاصطناعي، ومدى مرونتها لاستيعاب الأضرار التي يحدثها، مع بيان آثارها والحلول المقترحة لتمكين المضرور من الحصول على تعويض  كامل في حالة عجز قواعد المسؤولية بعرض أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها.

Abstract:
science and technology provide the artificial intelligence embodied in robots, which are able to learn and organize thanks to algorithms, neural networks and other tools, making it difficult to determine who is responsible for the damage it causes, and therefore the injured person cannot obtain compensation for the damage done to him. In addition, artificial intelligence is the product of the fourth industrial revolution, and it participates greatly in our daily lives in various fields. Where Al-based robots are used in the medical, military, legal and other fields. Despite its importance in facilitating and achieving services for people and solving thorny problems at an enormous speed that exceeds the ability of man, it may cause irreversible damage. In light of this, the research aimed to present the definition of artificial intelligence and explain its origin and some areas of its use, and to identify the types of civil liability for the damages of artificial intelligence, and the extent of its flexibility to accommodate the damage caused by it, with an indication of its effects and proposed solutions to enable the victim to obtain full compensation in the event of a failure of rules Civil liability for this. It concluded by presenting the most important results reached.
