ملخص البحث:
يتناول البحث تطبيقاً عمليا لعلم تخريج الفروع على الأصول في كتاب روح المعاني في تفسير القرآن العظيم والسبع المثاني للإمام الألوسي – رحمه الله – ، وبيان منهجه في تخريج الفروع على الأصول، والقواعد الأصولية التي اعتمدها، والفروع الفقهية التي خرجها على هذه القواعد، إسهاما في تنمية هذا العلم، وبياناً لجهود المفسرين وكيفية ربطهم الفروع بالأصول والتخريج عليها.
ولقد توصل الباحث إلى نتائج عديدة، منها مدى تمتع الإمام الألوسي – رحمه الله - بسعة في العلم والفقه وكثير من الفنون، وتجلي في الصنعة الأصولية والفقهية ومقدرته على استيعاب أصول مذهبه وفروعه، استقرار علم تخريج الفروع على الأصول عند المتقدمين كتطبيق عملي في ثنايا كتبهم، وقد امتاز المفسرون السابقون بالاستنباط والتخريج والاستدلال. ومن أهم التوصيات: تخريج الفروع على الأصول فن لا غنى للفقيه عنه، إذ به تظهر الثمرة من دراسة المسائل الأصولية، لذا أوصي الأقسام الشرعية، لا سيما تلك الأقسام المتخصصة في الفقه وأصوله بالعناية به، وبتدريسه، وذلك بوضع مقرر مستقل به، أو تخصيص ساعات له من مقرر الفقه أو أصول الفقه. توجيه الدارسين لتناول التخريج عند الأئمة الأعلام، الذين عرفوا بالبراعة في الفقه وأصوله، ثم دراسته وتحليله، لما في ذلك من تقوية لملكاتهم، واطلاعهم على فقه الأئمة ودقة أنظارهم. إكمال المسيرة في تناول تخريج الفروع على الأصول في مذهب الحنفية خاصة، ومن الكتب المقترحة للدراسة في ذلك: الكتاب محل البحث.

Abstract:
The research deals with a practical application of the science of graduating the branches based on the fundamentals in the book Ruh al-Ma’ani in the interpretation of the Great Qur’an and the Seven Mathanis by Imam Al-Alusi - may God have mercy on him -, and an explanation of his approach in graduating the branches based on the basic principles, the fundamentalist rules that he adopted, and the jurisprudential branches that he based on these rules, as a contribution to the development of This knowledge, and an explanation of the efforts of the commentators and how they linked the branches to the principles and graduated from them.The research reached many results, including the extent to which Imam Al-Alusi - may God have mercy on him - enjoyed breadth in knowledge, jurisprudence, and many arts, a manifestation of fundamentalist and jurisprudential craftsmanship, and his ability to comprehend the origins of his doctrine and its branches, and the stability of the science of graduating the branches on the principles. According to the predecessors, it was a practical application within the folds of their books, and the previous commentators excelled in deduction, extraction, and inference.
Among the most important recommendations: Graduating the branches on the principles of jurisprudence is an indispensable art for the jurist, because through it the fruits of studying fundamental issues appear. Therefore, I recommend the Sharia departments, especially those departments specialized in jurisprudence and its principles, to pay attention to it and teach it, by developing a separate course for it, or allocating hours. He has the course of jurisprudence or the principles of jurisprudence. Directing students to study the training of eminent imams, who were known for their proficiency in jurisprudence and its principles, and then study and analyze it, as this strengthens their abilities and acquaints them with the imams’ jurisprudence and the accuracy of their eyes. Completing the journey in dealing with the graduation of branches according to the principles in the Hanafi doctrine in particular, and among the books suggested for study in this regard are: the book in question.
