ملخص البحث
يتعلق البحث بجمع المسائل الفقهية التي نقلها أحد رواة المسائل عن الإمام أحمد، وهو بشر بن موسى بن صالح بن شيخ عميرة أبو علي الأسدي، أحد المحدثين الثقات، محدث بغداد في عصره، راوي مسند الحميدي، المتوفي سنة: (288هـ)، وحيث لم يكن بشر من المكثرين من الرواية عن الإمام أحمد، ورواياته عنه محصورة من حيث عددها، ومتناثرة  من حيث مظان وجودها سواء في مطاوي كتب الحنابلة، أو كتب التراجم والطبقات، والبحث يستهدف تتبعها، وجمعها، ومقارنتها بالروايات الأخرى المنقولة عن الإمام أحمد، وبما نصَّ متأخرو الحنابلة على أنه المعتمد في المذهب، ومقارنتها أيضاً بالمذاهب الفقهية الأخرى مقرونةً بالأدلة والتعليلات، ومن ثم محاولة الترجيح بينها، وقد بلغ عددها ست مسائل بين العبادات والمعاملات.
ومما يوصي به الباحث: العناية بتتبع مرويات العلماء الذين نقلوا مسائل عن الإمام أحمد في مطاوي كتب المذهب في المتون الفقهية، أوفي كتب التراجم والطبقات، وجمعها وتدوينها ودراستها، ليتم اللاحق عمل السابق من الباحثين الذين جمعوا بعضاً من مسائل الإمام أحمد المروية عنه.
Abstract :
   The research concerns the collection of jurisprudential issues that were transmitted by one of the narrators of the issues on the authority of Imam Ahmad, who is Bishr ibn Musa ibn Salih ibn Shaykh Umira Abu Ali al-Asadi, one of the trustworthy hadith scholars, the hadith narrator of Baghdad in his time, the narrator of Musnad al-Humaydi, who died in the year: (288 AH), and since he was not He is among those who narrate a lot of narrations from Imam Ahmad, and his narrations from him are limited in terms of their number, and scattered in terms of their location, whether in the folds of Hanbali books, or books of biographies and classes. The research aims to trace them, collect them, and compare them with other narrations transmitted from Imam Ahmad, and with what the later Hanbali scholars have stated. Although it is approved in the doctrine, and also compared to other doctrines of jurisprudence, coupled with evidence and explanations, Then we try to weigh between them, and they number six issues between acts of worship and transactions.
   Among what the researcher recommends is: paying attention to the narrations of scholars who reported issues on the authority of Imam Ahmad in the folds of books of the school of thought in jurisprudential texts, or in books of biographies and classes, and collecting, codifying,
