مسائل السياسة الشرعية المتعلقة في الحرمين الشريفين دراسة تأصيلية

ملخص البحث:
لقد كان للسياسة الشرعية الأهمية العظمى في واقع الحياة الإنسانية، لكونها من العلوم المرنة التي تواكب الأحداث والنوازل، ومن أهم تلك الوقائع والنوازل المرتبطة بأشرف بقاع الأرض وأطهرها، الحرمان الشريفان، واللذان لهما المكانة العالية والمنزلة الرفيعة في الشريعة الإسلامية، وفي نفوس المسلمين قاطبة، لأجل هذه الأهمية، اخترت دراسة مسائل السياسة الشرعية المتعلقة بالحرمين الشريفين. ويهدف البحث إلى معالجة السياسة الشرعية المسائل المتفرقة في مجالات متعددة في الحياة، والتي تتعلق بالحرمين الشريفين. وسأعتمد في دراستي علي المنهج التحليلي من خلال تحليل أقوال العلماء وأدلتهم. وقد توصل الباحث لعدة نتائج من أهمها :
 - توصلت الدراسة إلى إبراز مكانة وشرف الحرمين الشريفين في الشريعة الإسلامية. أبرزت الدراسة أهم مسائل السياسة الشرعية المتعلقة بالحرمين الشريفين في أبواب العبادات والمعاملات، وفي أبواب متفرقة في مجالات الحياة المتنوعة.
Abstract:
The legal policy had the maximum importance at the real human life, because it is one of the flexible sciences which keeps up with the events and catastrophes, and the important of these events and catastrophes are related with the most honorable and purest parts of the earth, which are the Two Holy Mosques, and which enjoy the higher position and rank at Islamic Sharia, and also at the spirits of Muslims, and due to this importance, I chose related legal political matters of the Two Holy Mosques, and this study discussed four topic. The first topic includes the definition and identification the importance and conditions of the legal policy, also the second, third and fourth topic discuss the related legal political matters of the Two Holy Mosques at sectors of worships and transactions, as well as variable sectors, finally of concluded the study with the important results and recommendations.
The researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: The study highlighted the status and honor of the Two Holy Mosques in Islamic law.
The study highlighted the most important issues of Sharia policy related to the Two Holy Mosques in the chapters on worship and transactions, as well as in various chapters covering various aspects of life.
