-      أجمع الفقهاء على وجوب زکاة الزروع والثمار في الجملة واختلفوا في العلة الموجبة لذلک  .
-      يترجح عند الباحث أن الأصناف التي تجب زکاتها من الحبوب والثمار هي ما کانت مدخرة .
-      أجمع الفقهاء على أن القدر الواجب في زکاة الزروع والثمار هو العشر أو نصف العشر  .
