الحمد لله رب العالمين له الحمد في الأولى والآخرة وله الحکم وإليه ترجعون ، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين وعلى آلة وأصحابه ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين أما بعد. فالإمام القفال الشاشي من أئمة المذهب الشافعي آلت إليه الإمامة والرئاسة في عصره ، وعن طريقه انتشر فقه الشافعية في بلاد ما وراء النهر، وکان متبحرا في علوم اللغة والتفسير لکن شهرته الفقهية غلبت عليه ، فأردت أن أبرز مکانته التفسيرية وإمامته اللغوية بما أثر عنه من نقول کثيرة حوتها کتب التفسير بالرأي ، وخاصة التفسير الکبير للإمام فخر الدين الرازي وهو العمدة في بحثي هذا، وقسمت الدراسة إلى : مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة . الفصل الأول: التعريف بالإمام القفال الشاشي: ألقيت فيه الضوء على ترجمته وأهم مصنفاته ومکانته العلمية. الفصل الثاني : منهج الإمام القفال فى التفسير بالمأثور: تحدثت فيه عن مروياته في التفسير بالمأثور وفضائل الآيات والسور، وعن موقفه من رواية الإسرائيليات والروايات الواردة عنه في أسباب النزول، ومنهجه فى توجيه القراءات المتواترة، وموقفه من الآيات التي قيل بنسخها. الفصل الثالث: منهج الإمام القفال في التفسير بالرأي : وقفت فيه على المعالم المنهجية في تفسيره بالرأي ومنها :عنايته بذکر وجوه المناسبات بين الآيات ، والوقوف على اللطائف والدقائق التفسيرية ، وعنايته بعلوم اللغة والصرف والإعراب وعلوم البلاغة، ثم ذکرت بعض ما يقال عنه في کتب التفسير من اجتهادات فقهية انفرد بها عن أئمة المذهب الشافعي ،وتحدثت عن موقفه من الصفات الخبرية " الآيات الموهمة للتشبيه " وما ورد في تفسيره من الاعتزاليات والرد عليها. الخاتمة : ذکرت فيها أهم النتائج التي وقفت عليها من خلال هذه الدراسة الکلمات الافتتاحية: الإمام القفال الشاشي- التفسير بالمأثور- التفسير بالرأي- الاعتزاليات والرد عليها " وما توفيقي إلا بالله عليه توکلت وإليه أنيب"

Praise be to Allah, the lord of the world,’ thanks him in the first, the hereafter and he has the judgment and back to him and we are returned to him. and prayers peace on be upon his messengers, his family, his companions and those who followed them to the day of judgments.Imam Al-qafal El-shashi is one of the imam of the Shafai school who imamate and presidency’s in his era and through him spread Shafai jurisprudence in the country beyond the river,and was a professor in the science of language and interpretation, but fame jurisprudence over whelmed him, I wanted to high light his explanatory status and linguistic Imamate , including the impact of many say whale books interpretation ,especially interpretation the great imam Fakhruddin Razi is the mayor in my paper. This study included Introduction, three characters and conclusion.Chapter 1:the definition of the imam Al-qafal El-shashi. I shed light on his translation and his most important works and his scientific status. Chapter 2: Imam Alqafal approach to old saying,interpretation, I talked about his narratives in the interpretation of the adage and virtues of verses and the fence and his position on the Israeli novel and the stories contained in the reasons for the descent, and his approach in direct frequent readings, and his position on the verses that were said to copy.Chapter 3: Imam Alqafal approach in the interpretation of opinion:I stood on the methodological features in the interpretation of opinion,including:his attention to mention the faces of events between verses,and stand on the nice and the explanatory minutesand his attention to the science of Language, Morphology Al-Arab and Rhetoric, and then mentioned some of what was quoted in the books of interpretation jurisprudence alone the imams of Shafii doctrine, and talked about his position on the qualities of algebraic (illusory verses of the analogy) and what contained in the retirements and their responses. Conclusion: I mentioned the most important findings that stood out through this study.I thrust in Allah and Allah is the conciliator.
