يعد هذا الموضوع من أهم وأخطر الموضوعات التى تتعلق بأمن واستقرار المجتمع, وتحقيقه تحقيق لمقصد من أهم مقاصد الشريعة الخمسة, وهو حفظ العرض, لأن حفظ الأعراض حفظ للأنساب من الاختلاط والضياع, فتخيل مجتمع لا يعرف فيه ولد والده, ويدعى الولد إلى غير أبيه, أو أسر تتکون ثم بعد يتضح أن الزوج تزوج أخته وهو لا يدرى, ثم الأضرار النفسية التى تلحق هذا الولد فضلا عن المشکلات الاجتماعية من ناحية التعليم والزواج والإلحاق وغير ذلک والتى تسود المجتمع.
ولقد عنيت الشريعة الإسلامية بأحکامها العامة, وکذلک عنى الفقه الإسلامى بأحکامه المستنبطة من الأدلة الشرعية بهذا الأمر غاية الاعتناء, وشرعت الحدود التى تحقق الحفاظ على أعراض الناس وأنسابهم, ولذلک کان في تطبيق أحکام الشريعة الإسلامية على الوجه المشروع الضمانة القصوى والأثر البالغ في ردع کل من تسول له نفسه في الاعتداء على حرمات الأخرين.
ومن هنا تأت أهمية الإمارة والسلطان في إقرار أحکام الشريعة أولا, ثم سن القوانين الرادعة للحد من وقوع مثل هذه الجرائم في المجتمع, حتى يشيع الأمن ويتحقق, فقد لا يرتدع الإنسان من الخطاب الإلهى الذى يقضى بحرمة الاعتداء على حقوق الآخرين, وإنما يردعه سيف السلطان وعقوبته العاجلة.
والآثار الشرعية المترتبة على التعدى على أعراض الآخرين فيها من الخطورة الشديدة, والتى لا يدرکها مرتکب هذه الجريمة, الذى تحرکه شهوته –فقط- ,وکذلک الآثار الاجتماعية التي تسببها هذه الجريمة تضع کثيرا من الأسر في حرج شديد وسط المجتمع.
ويأتى بعد ذلک دور المؤسسات الدينية والتعليمية والإعلامية في تبصرة الإنسان بهذا الأمر وخطورته على نفسه والمجتمع, وغرس القيم الأخلاقية التي تولد الضمير الحى في نفوس الخلق, والذى لا يردعه الوعظ والإرشاد يردعه سيف السلطان.

This subject is considered one of the most important and serious topics which related to the security and stability of society. Moreover it achieves of the five purposes of sharia ( keeping pedigree) as maintaining parentage from loss and mixing.
Can you tmagine a society in which achild don’t know his father or aboy is atributed to afake father also afamily is setup wrongly when abrother marries his sister and don’t know.
As well as the psychological damage that this boy suffers he will face social educational attribution problems which prevail society.
Islamic law has cared through general rules and Islamic jurisprudence ( Fikh) with this matter to a great extent. And made laws and restricts which maintain people pedigree so the Islamic law ( sharia) enforcement properly is the ultimate gurantee and deterrent effect in preventing anyone who desire to assault on the sanctity of others .
Hence the importance of Islamic rule and the force of the ruler in ratification sharia rules and making distractive rules to limit commiting this crimes in society to spread security and achieve it because many people don’t fear of preaching but they fear of law and punishment
The legitimate effects bassed on aggression others pedigree have sever dangers which the perpetrator doesn’t recognise who do this only for his lust. Therefore the social effects causedby this crime put many families in a severe embarrassment in the community.
Then the role of religious , educational , and media organizations come to make man aware of this matter and its danger on himself and the society. Also to root moral values that generate living conscience inside people. If someone doesn’t fear of preaching and guidance he will be detered by the muslim ruler.
