يتناول هذا البحث موضوع الوسوسة القهرية وأثرها في عقد النکاح، وقد جاء هذا البحث في ثلاثة مباحث: في المبحث الأول: بينت التعريف بالأمراض النفسية، وأقسامها، وفيه مطلبان: المطلب الأول: تعريف الأمراض النفسية، والمطلب الثاني: أقسام الأمراض النفسية. أما المبحث الثاني: فقد تناولت فيه التعريف بالوسوسة القهرية وأقسامها، وفيه مطلبان: المطلب الأول: تعريف الوسوسة، والمطلب الثاني: أقسام الوسوسة، وفي المبحث الثالث: بينت أثر الوسوسة في عقد النکاح، وفيه أربعة مطالب: المطلب الأول: صور الوسوسة في عقد النکاح، والمطلب الثاني: أثر الوسوسة في عقد النکاح، والمطلب الثالث: هل يقاس مرض الوسوسة على عيوب النکاح؟، والمطلب الرابع: هل يحق لأحد الزوجين فسخ النکاح عند ثبوت مرض الوسوسة في الطرف الآخر؟
وقد توصلت من خلال هذا البحث إلى أن "مرض الوسواس القهري" يحدث بسبب اضطراب في النواقل العصبية في المخ وتغيرات مرضية أخرى، وأنَّ مريض الوسواس القهري غير مسؤول عن حدوث المرض ولا أسرته ولا من حوله، بل هي مسؤولية مخه وفي أحيان کثيرة، ولا يحق لأحد الزوجين أن يفسخ عقد النکاح في حال وجود مرض أو علة يستحيل معها العشرة بين الزوجين، وأخيرًا يتوجب على مريض الوسواس إخبار الطرف الآخر قبل عقد النکاح، ويثبت الخيار به للطرف الآخر في حال عدم الإخبار به هو العيب المنفر الذي ينتفي معه مقصود النکاح من المودة والرحمة.

This research deals with the subject of Meticulousness compulsions and its impact on the marriage contract, came this research in three sections : the first topic : showed the definition of diseases psychological , and its divisions, in which the two demands : First requirement : the definition of mental illness , and the second requirement : sections of diseases psychological . The topic the third Ne : dealt with in which the definition of waswaas compulsions and its divisions, in which the two demands : first demand : the definition of Meticulousness , and the second requirement: Meticulousness sections , and in the third section : showed the impact Meticulousness in the marriage contract , and the four demands : First requirement : Photos Meticulousness in the marriage contract , and the second requirement : the impact Meticulousness in the marriage contract , and the third demand : Do Iqa Meticulousness disease Q defects Marriage ? And the fourth requirement : Is it right for one of the spouses to dissolve the marriage when the disease was proven in the other party ?
The findings from this research that " obsessive -compulsive disease - compulsive disorder " is caused by disorder in the vectors of nerve in the brain satisfactory and changes in other , and that the patient 's obsessive - compulsive disorder is not responsible for H Dauth disease and his family is not around him , it is the responsibility of his brain and in sometimes many , is not entitled to a spouse to terminate the marriage contract in the event of a disease or illness is impossible with ten between the spouses , and the latter a must on the patient 's obsessive telling party the other before the marriage contract , and prove option by the other party in the event of not informing him defect is repulsive , which precluded him Intentional marriage of love and compassion .
