تبين لي من هذا البحث مايلي:
1-    أن التزوير تحسين الشيء ووضعه بخلاف صفته، فهو تمويه الباطل بما يوهم أنه حق.
2-    أن هناک مصطلحات تتصل بالتزوير منها: الکذب، والخلابة، والتلبيس، والتغرير، والغش، والتدليس، والتحريف، والتصحيف.
3-    أن للتزوير أنواع ثلاثة هي: التزوير المادي، والتزوير المعنوي، والتزوير الظاهر.
4-    أن التزوير حتى يتحقق لا بد له من شروط ثلاثة هي:
 أ- تغيير الحقيقة.     
ب- تغيير حقيقة المحرر.
ج- وقوع الضرر.
5-    للتزوير أسباب کثيرة ذکرتها في ثنايا البحث.
6-    التزوير محرم کما دل على ذلک الکتاب والسنة، وقد بسطت الأدلة في ثنايا البحث.
7-    لحماية المحررات من التزوير طرق کثيرة ذکرتها في ثنايا البحث.
8-    عقوبة المزور في الفقه الإسلامي هي التعزير، وله عدة عقوبات منها: التشهير، والنفي ، العزل، والحبس، وغيرها مما ورد في البحث.
9-     للتزوير عقوبة في النظام السعودي لمکافحة التزوير وقد بينتها في ثنايا البحث وذکرت أرقام المواد من نظام مکافحة التزوير وبينت من الجهة المعنية بإيقاع العقوبة.

This research showed me the following:
1 - Forgery is the improvement of something and its position in contrast to its characteristic.
2- That there are terms related to forgery, including lying, deception, dressing, deceit, fraud, fraud, misrepresentation, and correction.
3- There are three types of forgery: physical forgery, moral forgery, and apparent forgery.
4- That forgery in order to achieve it must have three conditions:
 A- Change the truth.
B - Change the editor's truth.
C- The damage occurred.
5- Counterfeiting has many reasons that I mentioned in the folds of research.
6- Forgery is prohibited, as indicated by the Qur’an and Sunnah. Evidence has been simplified throughout the research.
7- To protect the liberators from forgery, there are many methods mentioned in the research fold.
8- The penalty for forged in Islamic jurisprudence is ta'zir, and it has several penalties, including: defamation, exile, isolation, imprisonment, and other things mentioned in the research.
9- Counterfeiting is a punishment in the Saudi anti-counterfeiting system, as I have outlined in the research folds. The material numbers from the anti-counterfeiting system are mentioned and indicated by the authority concerned with the imposition of the penalty.
