وقد اشتمل البحث على أهمية الموضوع ، وأسباب اختياره ، وخطة البحث والتي تکونت من مقدمة ، وتمهيد ، وثلاثة فصول ، وخاتمة ، وفهرس المراجع . وقد تطرقت في البحث إلى ترجمة المرداوي ، والکلام على الألغاز الفقهية من حيث تعريفها والألفاظ ذات الصلة بها وحکمها ونظرة عامة على الألغاز عند المرداوي في کتابه ، ومقارنة ألغاز المرداوي بألغاز ابن مفلح صاحب الفروع ، وابن مفلح صاحب المبدع ، والجراعي ، ثم سرد الألغاز الفقهية في الطهارة ، ثم الألغاز الفقهية في الصلاة ، ثم الألغاز الفقهية في الزکاة والصوم والحج ، وکل هذه الألغاز على طريقة السؤال والجواب مع التوثيق وترقيم الألغاز برقم عام ورقم خاص لکل باب من أبواب العبادات .
وقد توصلت إلى النتائج التالية :

1.     کثرة مسائل الألغاز التي انفرد بذکرها المرداوي عن الجراعي مع أن الجراعي ألف في الألغاز أصالة .
2.    علو کعب المرداوي وفقهه وفطنته .
3.    أن کتاب ( حلية الطراز في مسائل الألغاز ) کتاب ناقص ؛ فقد فاته کثير من الألغاز .

وأوصي بدراسة المسائل التالية :

1.    دراسة الکتب الفقهية للحنابلة والتي اعتنت بمسائل الألغاز ، وبخاصة المتقدمة منها .
2.    جمع المسائل الزائدة على کتاب الجراعي من کتب الحنابلة الفقهية .

The thesis is about (The jurisprudential dilemma mentioned by Mardawi in his book of Alensaf in worships – collectively and documenting).  The thesis has been discussed as the significance, causes of his selection, the proposal that is composed of an introduction, preface, three chapters, conclusion, and index of references. In thesis, I have discussed Almaradawi translation and the jurisprudential dilemma specially its definition and the related words , their judge ,an  overview on dilemmas at Almaradawi in his book, and a comparison of Almaradawi's dilemmas with Dilemma of Ibn Mufleh; the author of the branches) Alforoa and Ibn Mufleh; the auther of Almubdea, and AlJurraie, then narrating the jurisprudential Dilemmas in Altahara ,  prayer,  Zakat , fasting, pilgrimage and all of these dilemmas on the way of question and answer with referencing  and numbering the dilemmas in general number  and another private one for every one of the chapters of the worships.
The results have concluded to following:
The multiplicity of the dilemmas issues that Almardawi has mentioned individually about Aljurraie though he has authentically authorized books about these dilemmas
The highness of Almaradawi , his jurisprudence and his acumen.
The book of (The ornament of style in the dilemmas issues) is Non Complete Book; as it has been lacked to  dilemmas.
He has recommended of the following issues:
1- The study of Hanabli Creed Jurisprudential Books for that have interested in the dilemmas issues  specially the older of them.
2-  Collecting the additional issues about Aljuraie  Book from the Jurisprudential Hanbali Books.
