ملخص البحث
(أحکام الشيب الفقهية)
تناول الباحث أحکام الشيب الفقهية جمعاً لمسائله, ودراسة لأحکامه, ذاکراً فضله, وبيان منزلته في الشريعة, ثم أوضح حکم تغيير الشيب, وأيهما أفضل ترکه على حاله أو خضابه, وهل يخضب شعر الميت کذلک إلحاقاً له بالحي أو يترک على حاله؟ واختلاف الفقهاء في ذلک, ومسألة صبغ الشيب بالسواد وتحرير محل النزاع والخلاف فيها, وبيان حکم صبغ الشعر بالبياض, وکراهية نتف الشيب, والتدليس بصبغ شعر الجارية, وکما تم التعرض لمسألة من حلق رأس غيره فنبت شعره أبيض هل تعتبر جناية؟, واستعمال ما يؤخر ظهور الشيب من الأدوية ونحوها, کل ذلک تم بحثه وذکر الخلاف فيه وبيان الراجح بدليله.

(jurisprudence of gray hair)
The researcher dealt with the jurisprudence of graying gray hairs in order to collect his issues, and studying his rulings, mentioning his grace, and explaining his status in the Sharia, then clarifying the ruling on changing gray hair, and which is better to leave him alone or his pigment, and does the dead hair of the dead also get torn to him in the neighborhood or leave his condition? And the difference of jurists in that, and the issue of dyeing gray hair in black and liberating the place of conflict and disagreement therein, and explaining the ruling on dyeing hair with white, hating plucking gray hair, and fooling with dyeing the hair of a girl in the current state, and as was exposed to a question of shaving someone else’s head so his hair grew white, is it considered a felony ?, and using what delays the appearance Gray hair and the like, all of that was discussed and mentioned the difference in it and indicate the most correct evidence.
