أثر التوزيع المکاني للمراکز الامنية في الوقاية من الجريمة من وجهة نظر الضحايا

الملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التوزيع المکاني للمراکز الامنية في محافظة الزرقاء في الوقاية من الجريمة من وجهة نظر ضحايا الجريمة،  وأيضا معرفة العلاقة بين تلک العوامل المؤدية لبعض الجرائم ودور التوزيع المکاني للمراکز الأمنية في الوقاية من الجريمة، ومعرفة مدى الکفاءة المکانية للمراکز الامنية في مدينة الزرقاء من وجهة نظر الضحايا.ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف؛ اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحليل ووصف البيانات لضحايا الجريمة باستخدام أداة الاستبانة في جمع البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام نظام الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS) ضمن عدد من الاختبارات الإحصائية، حيث تکونت عينة الدراسة من 300 شخص اختيروا عشوائياً من أماکن مختلفة في محافظة الزرقاء.وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى أن التوزيع المکاني للمراکز الأمنية له دور کبير في الحد والوقاية من الجريمة حيث أن المراکز الأمنية ضمن محيطها الأقرب تخلو من الجرائم وان التواجد الأمني في أي موقع له دور فعال في الوقاية من الجريمة، کما واظهرت الدراسة ان التوزيع السکاني في محافظة الزرقاء يلعب دور کبير في کفاءة وأداء المراکز الامنية، حيث أن بعض المناطق تشهد ازدحاماً سکانياً کثيف مقابل مناطق أخرى تخلو من الکثافة السکانية ويعد هذا عاملاً أساسياً في ارتکاب الجريمة وکذلک يؤثر سلباً على أداء العاملين في جهاز الامن العام على اعتبار أن المناطق ذات السکانية العالية بحاجة الى عدد أکبر من المراکز الأمنية ورجال الشرطة.وأوصت الدراسة الى وضع خطط استراتيجية من شأنها إعادة النظر في التوزيع المکاني للمراکز الأمنية بما يتناسب مع الکثافة السکانية ليکون هناک دور فاعل لجهاز الأمن العام في القيام بواجباته والوقاية من الجريمة.

The impact of the geographical distribution of the security centers in Zarqa governorate to reduce crime, From the perspective of crime victims

Abstract:
The study aimed to know the effect of the spatial distribution of security centres in Zarqa Governorate in preventing crime from the point of view of crime victims. And to identify the social, economic and cultural factors that affect the commission of crime from their point of view. Besides, to know the relationship between those factors leading to some crimes and the role of spatial distribution for the security centers in the prevention of crime to know the extent of the spatial efficiency of the security centers in the city of Zarqa from the point of view of the victims. To achieve these goals; The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach in analyzing and describing the data of crime victims, using the questionnaire tool in collecting and analyzing data within a number of statistical tests, to reach the objectives of the study. The results of the study showed that social, economic and cultural factors play a major role in the lives of individuals, as well as that the nature of the relationship between these factors and the commission of crime is a close relationship, and that there is a close link in the nature of these factors in any society in contributing to alleviating the burdens on security centers and making them do their work according to their correct spatial distribution.  Moreover, it shows that the spatial distribution of security centers has a major role in reducing and preventing crime, as the security centers within their closest surroundings are devoid of crimes and that the security presence in any location has an effective role in preventing crime. The study also showed that the population distribution in Zarqa Governorate plays a major role in the efficiency and performance of the security centers, as some areas are witnessing a dense population congestion compared to other areas devoid of population density, and this is a key factor in committing crime as well as negatively affecting the performance of workers in the Public Security Service, given that high-populated areas need a large number of Security stations and policemen.In light of its results, the study recommended the necessity of emphasizing the importance of raising the level of individuals in society and raising their awareness of the negative aspects of crime on society and its great effects on society, and to activating the awareness role through security centers to reduce and prevent crimes, as well as developing strategic plans that would reconsider in the spatial distribution of security centers in proportion to the population density, so that there is an active role for the public security apparatus in carrying out its duties and preventing crime.
