الملخص:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان حقيقة حكم من الأحكام الشرعية وهو السنة، هل ينقسم إلى سنة عين وسنة كفاية؟ وبيان حقيقة سنة الكفاية -وهي التي إذا فعلها بعض الناس سقط الطلب عن الباقين-، وتعريفها، وبيان علاقة سنة الكفاية بفرض الكفاية، والمسائل التي تبنى على قياس سنة الكفاية على فرض الكفاية.
كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ذكر خلاف العلماء في وجود سنة الكفاية، والفوائد المترتبة على إثباتها في الشرع.
ثم ختمت هذه الدراسة بأمثلة كثيرة ذكر الفقهاء أن حكمها الشرعي أنها سنة كفاية، ومقارنة أقوالهم فيها .

Abstract:
This research aims to elucidate the definition and application of Sunnah (Recommendation) in the Shariah. It tackles the question of whether Sunnah can be categorised into individual and communal recommendations, as well as providing further detail on what a communal recommendation (Sunnah Kifāyah) entails; if it is implemented by some members of society, is the recommendation absolved from the remainder of society? Communal recommendations are also discussed vis-à-vis communal obligations. The study further delves into jurisprudential issues based on analogising communal recommendations from communal obligations. Finally, this paper explores differences of opinions amongst the scholars regarding the validity of communal recommendation as well as examples therein.
